The worst pancake pan ever!!!

as a cast iron pancake pan. After washing it by hand with a mild detergent before using it for the first time, it became completely covered in rust, making it unusable. Customer service has still not resolved the issue. I'm extremely disappointed. It has been a complete waste of both money and time.

The only issue was I ordered a size 12 and they sent me a size 10.

Took 4 days for next day delivery

I ordered next day delivery on shoes on a Tuesday lunchtime for a wedding on the Saturday, I didn’t receive the shoes until the Saturday afternoon so they were not delivered next day or in time for the wedding. This is the second time I’ve ordered shoes from here for this wedding, the first time I ordered some shoes they were the wrong ones that were also damaged and charged more than advertised for them, when I tried to return them the QR code wouldn’t work so also missed the timeframe of being able to return. All in all horrendous shopping experience and won’t be shopping here again.

Useless delivery

I had to go to the post office to collect a £20 parcel as it required my signature. Why is that necessary? The whole delivery system needs reappraising cf competitors who are far more efficient. This took a week!
