Courier is useless

I did next day delivery and several days later, I received an email at less than an hour to midnight that my package was delivered successfully. The courier service is very appalling and disappointing.
My last package from Debenhams was handed to a different house number and no information as to where or who it was left with.
I emailed Evri and was just told that my package was delivered to resident successfully!

Made an order July 6, only one box of 2 was delivered for sofa, have followed up and keep telling me to wait 3 days, zero customer service. So disappointing

Fantastic experience

Ordered the bed at what I thought was a good price, I was kept up todate with delivery and it was delivered on time, by lovely professional considerate gentleman. On assembling the bed it was far better than I imagined.

Been trying for 3 days to return an…

Been trying for 3 days to return an item no personal contact just an e mail to the company that supplied the goods no reply or instructions where to send item for refund to 4 days in to my 28 day return policy will not be using Debenhams site again

Suspicious reduction ,item original over £300 ,now £48 ,looks like it would be £20 full price ,other items similar to,interested if anyone else experienced this strange way of “misspelling”

There was much confusion and mixed up messages around the delivery,it did all arrive in the end,one thing that was surprising was the rug,on the website it was advertised as being reduced from ,around £300 down to £48 I thought was a great price ,on the photo it looked much larger than it actually was,it wasn’t a rus it wasn’t even long enough to be called a runner for the hall ,I WOULDNT PAY £20 for I never mind £300 ,I noticed quite a few of the adds had very large reductions ,would be interesting to know who would pay £300 for this rug,the outdoor furniture is fine ,but the rug is a joke,I pajyed nearly £50 for this ,file under suspicious reductions on site ,your ANN QUIGLEY

I tried to contact Debenhams on…

I tried to contact Debenhams on multiple avenues for assistance but could only get an unhelpful AI chat bot. I also had no delivery information. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Terrible.
No response again and again from customer service.
Defective product.
Chrome pitting on light fittings.
Debenhams definitely not what it used to be for sure

Prepare to wait.

Took a while for my order to be delivered without any updates. Too early to say if the quality of the T-shirts are good or not as they’ve just arrived.
