Un nessasary delivery insurance added. Not possible to remove or speak to anyone ! No customer service! Parcel was delayed and arrived with the mascara box crushed no seal on the mascara! Will not be ordering from Debenhams again & certainaly will not recommend anyone else to make a purchase from yourself. I suggest you read your reviews and get some kind of customer service in place that actually works.

Vacuum cleaner was damaged on unpacking. Found it almost impossible to contact Debenhams via any e-mail address. My daughter eventually contacted a Home &Furniture site, return and refund still not actioned.
