Great service in store in De Lier. Good options for delivery.

Good place. Bought a sofa which is really nice

Robin helped us find our sofa configuration very patiently and in a friendly manner which we appreciated a lot.
The quality of the products seems great - we can say more after the furniture has been delivered. We're excited for it!

I ordered a buffetkast from massive oak, I finally got it after ~3.5 months of waiting time. Are they even checking to make sure that the product they are delivering is good? For one, the oak plank was too short, so you cannot put it in. The person who delivered and put in the plank noticed for sure, as there is no way you didn't notice. The two planks on above the base of the pins are not aligned, so they wobble. I called customer service, and unfortunately they understand, but they do not have anyone available for at least a month. And they will have to come back again since, looks like they only care before they get the money, after that it doesn't matter.

I booked a service order through their site, and I called to see if I can move it forward but nope, it takes a month to fix a brand-new product delivered. They should do it right away instead of waiting for a month.

Update: One month later, a repair man came took a look and he left as there was nothing he could do. I explained what the problem was but looks like they didn't believe me. Now I have to wait again until they can make a new plank, and bring some new pins to fix the buffetkast. I heard from the repair man that the plank is made of MDF and I was told it all from massive oak.

This is my last time buying anything from them, and I could never in any good conscience recommend them to anyone.

And mind you we also ordered a dining table from oak, and it was a fiasco as well, first wrong base, so when they brought the correct one they attached it off center, all this took 3 months and a lot of frustration to resolve.

I ordered a dining table and the sales person said it will be delivered in 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I had to call customer service to understand that I had not been sent an email to arrange a delivery date which was then done. Another 2 weeks later the delivery was made and the dining table has one leg is not completely fixed, which to me is a manufacturing defect. The delivery person stated this has to addressed by someone else and a week later on Dec 3, I have an appointment with another repair person on 23rd December. So much for walking in to Bommel and making a purchase.

Wide choice and friendly support. A bit of a long waiting time to receive the furniture after the order but worth it, the quality is very good. We are very happy with it!

There was a defect on couch, however they did not pick up the phone and now answer to my mails.

I am really impressed with the quality of their products. I purchased couches and bar stools and both are of top markmenship.

I did have to wait a long time for the couches to be delivered (5 months). I also did not like their delivery scheduling system, it asked me to select a date which I did and later found out that date was not accepted and I needed to select an new date.

Ordered some furniture from the Steelwood series. Just great experience with the store: the personnel at the store is very polite and patiently answered all my questions. I used their delivery service, and the delivery was fast and easy.

The furniture piece is just what we wanted, good quality materials, all the pieces look great so far. Will see how it lasts in time.

Products are really good. We experienced a good customer service.
But the delivery of the products are delayed. One of the table is little damaged.

We enjoyed the buying process, though the product delivery was delayed by couple of weeks, its normal in the given circumstances..
