The Sofia we bought was fine, As they were some stains and the cushion was not good we requeted DwBommel to check and fix. The Person who came to clean and Add extra cushion material was keep complaining and we are not happy about it.

Review of our Purchase at De Bommel - Rotterdam

Absolutely thrilled with the book case / room divider Orlando. Fantastic Quality, did not expect anything less. We have een purchasing our furniture with Bommel for a few years now and quality is very important. De Bommel is a little more expensive than other shops but quality is expensive. We are now busy saving for our next purchase at de Bommel. Our Home is beginning to look rather nice and we feel very comfortable. We are very proud of our home and very happy with our De Bommel Purchases.

Quality of furniture is very good and delivery was on time and delivery was done very well.

The assistants in the shop were really helpful and advise us in the selection of color for the wood.
What shocked us were the delivery times. We will have to wait too long (4months) to get the pieces we bought.

The best service in the Nederland, very friendly staff and they are so professional and helpful as well.
The delivery timing is extremely accurate and the quality is amazing.

Went to the Amsterdam store and was helped by Djordi when my wife and I entered the store. We were looking for a couch, but ended up buy a lot more. Djordi is very helpful, energetic and with a lot of ideas. He spent 3 hours with us answering all our questions, and showing us everything they had in stock. Highly recommend De Bommel and especially Djordi!

Don’t order, unless you are willing to wait 14-15 weeks for a delivery. And i am not talking about something big, like a couch, i am talking about 4 poor chairs. Ordered in the beginning of March and still didn’t receive anything, not even a confirmation of “order being prepared”.
Besides, going to the Utrecht shop was really a bad experience. They were not willing to help and besides they treat you with sarcasm. Really not recommend.

My boyfriend and I visited De Bommel Meubelen in Amsterdam to find new dining chairs. We were immediately approached by Merel who answered all of our questions and gave us great advice (in English!). We already had a good idea of what we wanted, so with Merels help we decided to buy our new chairs the same day. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was easy. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a place with plenty of good choices. Will use in the future

From the beginning of our experience we were so happy with our choice and made to feel so at ease.
We went to the furniture mall at Bijlmer Arena and after a few shops we went into De Bommel and Branca was so welcoming straight away. She said explained that any item we want can be made to our requirements and if we need anything to let her know. After this we continued to other stores so that we could see what else was available but no shop or indeed sales assistant made us feel like we were welcome or valued so we went back to De Bommel because of Branca and also the furniture that we had seen was more to our taste.
She went through every step with us (in English) and the process was so pleasant and smooth.
That same evening, she contacted us immediately to inform of a mistake which we appreciated!
We had such a wonderful experience and now that our furniture is here our house feels more like a home.

Great service and Good Product! very happy overall

Terrible customer service. 48 h before delivery I tried to change appointment and the customer service refused to help. Finally my son missed class to stay at home for the delivery. I will never ever buy anything else here

Very happy with the items we purchased. However, we did need to wait a long time for both the chairs (despite being told that they are on stock) and the sofa.
There were incidences of miscommunication, we were told that our sofa (ordered in Aug) will be delivered at the end of Oct, then was emailed to be informed that an additional 3 weeks of waiting is needed due to COVID.

But then, when the dining chairs were delivered mid-Oct, the sofa was delivered as well. Since it was so large, we needed to remove the front window to get it in, this was a major inconvenience.
Moreover, the delivery men did not wait for this to take place and therefore what we were promised and what we paid for 70EUR delivery and unpackaging and removal of package material... none of them happened, just the delivery. We had to unwrap and take an extra ride a dump to discard all the packaging material. Ok, service but really 70EUR for this...? I am not sure this was a good deal overall.
