You are quick and efficient. But if I may say the Grange Cochard 2021 that you list I would respectfully suggest you withdraw from your listing as it as it does you no favours. It is shallow has no depth no real identity and no finish. both bottles were the same.

I find that Decantalo enables me to access the wines of my chose that I find difficult to find elsewhere at a reasonable price.

Slow delivery (took some days) to a shop at the other side of the town (40 min there and back) in stead of at home!

Purchased 3 expensive bottle of Rum to bring them back to the USA. I requested VAT documents to retrieve the tax from the Airport upon my return. Decantalo asked me for my information to prepare the documents on Feb 28. The shipment was delivered on March 3 to my hotel but without the Duty Free documents. I contacted them on Wednesday March 5 and Friday March 7 I spent a whole week in Barcelona and the paperwork was never delivered. To make matters more ridiculous I got an email today Monday March 10 a week after the delivery while I am flying back telling me they are waiting for confirmation of some kind of department. What a joke! I will never ever buy anything from Decantalo again. Stay away from this online company!

It seems that writing to Decantelo through Trustpilot is the only way to get a response from Decantelo to my many emails. I received a reply from Decantelo (Griselda) on March 3, regarding the package which is being shipped to me contrary to the promise made by Decantelo to hold the shipment until late April. It was this precondition which made me decide to purchase the wines with Decantelo.
I will not be home for most of the month of March, and DO NOT want this package to shipped or stored locally under very unfavorable temperatures (below freezing).
I sent an email to Decantelo yesterday which remained unanswered. I am informing Decantelo that unless the shipment is delayed as it was agreed when I made the purchase, I will ask Decantelo to cancel this order and I will be informing the Credit Card company to block the payment.
It has been a very unpleasant and stressful experience!

Easy to order, reasonable price fot the wine I wanted, good communication, very well packaged and arrived when expected. I would use this company again.

Once good but customer service seems to have gone to pot. Paid extra for DHL delivery to arrive by Xmas, missed Xmas delivery date, also got a customs processing charge despite their 'no surprises' claim. Responses from customer services are dismissive and offhand. Will be taking my considerable spend elsewhere.

Terrible service. My parcel was sent to a collect point but Decantalo nerver sent my email or phone number to the carrier, and the carrier needs those data to send me a PIN. Without the PIN I cannot get my box from the collect point.
Decantalo does not have a customer care phone number, just email. i sent many mails but they reply only once a week and they don't understand the problem and don't refound my order.
First and last order to thsi terrible company.

I ordered on 26/12. Today is 27/01 and I have not received my order and no one from the customer service department of this company can help me. I only get answers from them via chat on the site where they tell me to be patient and that they are investigating. Emails are not answered. I am starting to think they are stealing my money. Be very careful with this site. Very bad customer service.
