Super service, thank you a Daniel for his patience

Great products really really bad customer service. You have to spend a day online waiting for chat replies and then possibly the next day, losing will to live. Very slow at refunds too even if taken to the shop. Makes me think twice about buying there.

Excellent service received at the Brampton location. I purchased a bike recently and the sales associate, Dhyan Byatt, provided excellent customer care. I would revisit the Brampton store again and would highly recommend to my friends and family.

I ordered bicycle that never arrived in estimated delays .. the delivery services danslrdutemps Is unacceptable… I hope that the service will improve

Walked into Decathlon store opposite the Etihad Stadium in Manchester and nearly bumped into a security guard who sucked his teeth and sneared and walked off. I followed him to confront him and he said 'didn't you see me?' I said no and he walked off. I spoke to the manager who just said that shouldn't have happened and he walked off. So rude, I will not be using that store again.

Great sporting goods store when traveling in Europe. Especially love their Quechua brand

If I could give them zero stars I would!!! I have tried checking out an item from my basket several times and each time the website takes me to their home page. I cannot get hold of anyone to chat to online and my local store is too busy to take a ‘phone call. Does this company actually want to do business or not?!? How are they still in business!!!!

The actual seen was that they have called me for interview at 7may and they have told me that solve your rental issues and after that you can join from Monday.
After sitting, they neglected me for 19 days and then yesterday they have told that see you in next opportunity.
Is this is wrong or right, a person came from more than 900 km to learn something from decathlon and paying rent around 15k just by trusted your employees suggested to stay nearby before hiring me.

This was my bad experience ever and I really hate decathlon from today onwards and also recommend other not to join decathlon.

J'ai utilisé Decathlon dans toute l'Europe à plusieurs reprises (j'habite à Londres) et c'est la pire branche jusqu'à présent. Malheureusement j'ai eu le malheur d'oublier un article que j'ai acheté et j'en avais un reçu, alors je suis retourné et j'ai gentiment expliqué à Laurent ce qui s'était passé et il a littéralement refusé de me parler en anglais mais malheureusement je parle un peu français et il m'a fait sentir que j'avais fait quelque chose de mal et a dit ce que je voulais de lui et il m'a traité d'idiot et que j'étais ridicule, qu'il l'a fait en français. Je l'avais informé que j'écrirais au siège social de Decathlon car il était impoli et inutile et ne devrait pas être en contact avec des clients. J'ai eu un manager qui m'a aidé à la fin, qui était exceptionnel. Laurent m'a insulté plusieurs fois et a refusé de me servir quand j'achetais de l'eau, son comportement était xénophobe et arrogant. J'avais remarqué, alors que j'attendais que l'autre responsable résolve mon problème, qu'il faisait des commentaires désagréables et souriait aux touristes étrangers qui ne parlaient pas français, ce qui est ignoble et inapproprié.

I have used Decathlon all across Europe many times (I live in London) and this is the worst branch so far.Unfortunately I had the misfortune to forget an item I have purchased and I had a receipt for it, so I went back and kindly explained to Laurent what had happened and he literally refused to speak to me in English but unfortunately I speak some French and he made me feel I had done something wrong and said what did I want from him and he called me an idiot and that I was ridiculous, that he did it in French . I had informed him that I would write to Decathlon Head Office because he was rude an unhelpful and should not be facing customers. I had a manager helping me in the end, who was exceptional. Laurent swore at me several times and refused to serve me when I purchased some water, his behaviour was xenophobic and arrogant. I had noticed, whilst I was waiting for the other manager to resolve my issue, that he would make unpleasant comment and smirk at foreign tourists who did not speak French, which is vile and Inappropriate.

bad communication, lack of respect. i ordered a target, a bow and some arrows. they sent two separate parcels (one from another city, although they had all products in the same place at Angers), out of which one never reached me. The courier never informed me about the incident and Decathlon eventually (eight days after the order was placed) blamed it on the courier asking me to decide whether I still need the bow and the arrows. Still didn't receive them, I am supposed to wait for another two days: the happy day would be a Friday and I suppose this will turn into Monday, maybe.

Placed an order for a last item sale of a Snowboard boot. Size indicated 7 in womens. Received the boot on 4/15/22 which was fast in shipping, however, the boot was about a size 5. I immediately contacted their customer service and requested for refund process. Sent the request twice already, still no response.

To add, the product was cheaply made. As if the whole sole would rip off in just 2 rides.

Horrible service. I would not trust this site or compan for future purchase.

Still in Russia…. Shame on you, never ever shop here again and will spread the word to others….

Service is getting worse and worse. Retailers like Decathlon are the reason Jeff Bezos is becoming the richest man in the world. It's just not worth the hassle shopping with them anymore.

Your descision to support your operations in Russia while the leaders of the Country murders Ukranian children, mothers and fathers is unacceptable. I or my family will never use your services again.

Terrible treatment of customers. Especially if someone is a Ukraine national. They actually treat Russian nationals much better. I wonder why..... I will not shop there ever again.

This company should be ashamed of their service. Unlike Amaxon, they take no responsibility for their 'partner' service. When their partner service takes your money and fails to deliver, all they do is pass you on to the partner service who never answer or follow up anything. No phone number, no email, just their useless chatbox service. They have some good products, but the customer service means I will never buy from them again, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid them as well.

I just ordered online for the first time from Decathalon Canada. The merchandise was high quality, at a great price and shipping was very speedy. UNFORTUNATELY, I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY FOR THE TIME BEING AS THEY ARE ON THE LIST OF COMPANIES REFUSING TO CLOSE THEIR STORES IN RUSSIA. LET'S HOPE THE CEO'S OF DECATHLON DIG DEEP AND HAVE A LOOK AT THEIR INTEGRITY VERSUS PROFIT. ​🇺🇦🕊☮️​

Purchased several pieces of exercise apparel and am unhappy with the entire experience. My credit card was billed twice, which was reversed, but not without hassle. The quality of some items is below expectations. One piece was previously worn and USED, because I found dirt and a cigarette butt in a pocket! Disgusting!!

Checked availability of a product (ski boots) online and it was showing as in stock at the Thonon Les bains store 30km away. Arrived & no ski boots or alpine skis in stock. When I asked they just said non! Very poor service. Don't rely on the website to confirm items are in stock it's a waste of time. Good products generally but don't go out of your way to visit a store for a specific item even if it appears to be in stock on the website. Wasted 2hrs & expensive journey with cost of fuel at the moment.
