From start to finish, the journey was absolutely flawless. The customer service was impeccable — they took the time to explain the difference between natural and lab-grown diamonds and guided us through every step of the process.

They showed us various styles to suit different hand shapes and were incredibly patient, especially as my partner can be quite indecisive. I’m ever so thankful for their kindness and professionalism.

From the moment I messaged the brothers at Decoris regarding mine & my partners wedding rings, I knew I would be purchasing from them.

I had a couple of phone call consultations before travelling into London to meet them. I was able to ask any questions/ queries I had. The main thing was, they had less an 2 months to deliver our rings.

I loved the design I chose, a CAD was created and I was invited in for a ring check / sizing and everything was completed with no issues whatsoever.

I am ever so glad to have gone ahead with them, preparing for a wedding is quite challenging as it is. So for Decoris to be able to put my mind to ease and sort out one of the most beautiful rings for me, was phenomenal.
