The whole experience has been pleasant. Provided guidance pre appt to get a better understanding of what to look for in a ring which helped massively. The brother Mursaleen was extremely helpful and provided a lot help which made choosing easier. Originally I was told to look around different places but with the service here I knew I would not get anywhere else and made the choice to make a purchase. Would absolutely recommend him to all for quality service.

The team guided us through every step of the process as thoroughly as possible. Even when my partner and I were a bit indecisive about what we wanted for our wedding rings, they were incredibly patient—offering thoughtful recommendations and showing us a wide range of examples to help us find the perfect match. Their transparency throughout really built our trust and made the experience feel reliable and stress-free.

On top of that, the little touches made a big difference—complimentary chocolates and drinks helped make the whole experience feel relaxing and enjoyable rather than overwhelming. The staff were outstanding from start to finish. I truly couldn't recommend them more.

Very kind, accomodating and no pressure approach

My partner and I had 3 appointments. The first was a long consultation on viewing rings, seeing what rings was the best for us, and a breakdown on the diamonds. This consultation was very informative and welcoming. The service was a 10/10 and they were very honest rather than beating round the bush. At that moment, we knew we wanted to purchase our rings from Decoris.
Not only this, but when we arrived, they were very calm and welcoming and they showed many options of rings so that we could pick the right ring.

The second appointment was very simple. We made an order for the rings we wanted in our budget. Once again, they gave us a breakdown and reassured us that they would deliver.

A couple of weeks later, our rings were ready to collect. The rings were given on time and we were very happy with the final product.

For future brides and grooms, I advise you to send inspos and a budget range before going to your appointment as it will make your experience better. Decoris broke down the information needed via whatsapp before arriving and this made our experience great! (They are also great at messaging back on time)
