Really disappointed this time

Ordered 2 bad boy t shirts. These items were delivered in 2 days. Quick easy and no drama's, good quality t shirts too. Would recommend

I ordered a Judo Orange Adidas belt.
The item was dispatched and received promptly - but was not an Adidas Orange belt - despite the invoice stating it was an Adidas Orange belt and also the picture advertising it on the website as an Adidas Orange Belt. I received a different branded belt.
I telephoned customer service and was offered a refund - bottom line is the item should not have been dispatched as it was incorrect. For the hassle and time involved in posting the item back for a refund I did not progress.

Cannot fault the service, from ordering through to delivery. Loved the one hour delivery window (my day was my own, no waiting in all day!!) Had an issue with sizing (ordered wrong size!) Ranf customer services and couldn't praise them enough!

Great products, service was best I have ever received especially concerning delivery arrangements. Was also impressed by the deals offered at checkout as I saved another £14 on what I already found to be cheapest bad boy products online. Will continue to use above all else in future. I use deep blue for my Bad Boy gear because I know they will always have it in stock, and the delivery is first class. All my orders are tracked and I get texts on my mobile to keep me up dated when I'm not on-line.

Disappointing that one of the items I ordered said it was in stock on the website but I got a credit for it, no one called or emailed me to say that it wasn't coming they just refunded the cost!

I ordered some Adidas Response 14oz boxing gloves. Price was competitive, and I was very surprised at how little postage was and how quickly these arrived (2 working days) via Royal Mail tracked service.

Website was easy to use stock easy to locate and a good selection, delivery was prompt and even quicker than expected as we had snow!

Ive always paid extra to get next day delivery, i get text and email confirmations through out the day and when there has been a problem, they rung me and sorted it out ASAP.
