I had trouble signing up, it wouldn't accept the picture of my veteran card
Spoke to john and absolute gentleman and made the process easy and solved the issue I was having in less than 12hrs (was late the night before I put up my ticket for support)

Card Expiration and Renewal
My card had expired and on trying to renew the app repeatedly looped around from the renew membership page back to the home page; likewise on the Internet where no renewal option was presented.
Reece was helpful and finally we resolved this. However, it is clear from other feedback here that this problem has affected others, too.

My card had run out
My card had run out, on trying to renew the app repeatedly looped around from the renew membership page back to the home page.Contacted John at the helpline and after several very patient and detailed action over several days I was able to renew.
This was a combination of using a VPN and clearing the cache, rebooting and reinstalling the app, not in any particular order.
Tremendous support from John, these things can be annoying but after many years of DDS trouble free use, we often face a challenge !
