A great experience from start to finish with this company. I received my choice of swatches, made my choice of fabric and placed an order for Karlstaad chair cover. Communication was good and my order arrived within the promised time and I am very happy with it. I would recommend this company

Loved that: No ironing require, don't discolour in the areas when sun touches like cheep ones do and it's not possible to wash it out.
Loved that:
•Samples were great and matching the quality received.
•I've received email updates regarding my order status.
•In 2 days curtains leveled themselves out and I didn't require do any ironing (that's what I've expected for the money I paid, as I had the same experience previously).
In overall, you get what you pay for. Amazing quality, shining when sun shines. Will order more in the future for the rest of the rooms!

Furniture looks like new again....
We ordered two sets of sofa covers and one set of chair covers for our Karlstad seating. We were given a two week lead time for delivery but they arrived earlier than that.
The covers are extremely well made and of high quality fabric. We didn't order a fabric sample before purchasing but the fabric was as pictured on their website. The covers were easy to fit and our furniture (which we have had for several years) looks like new again. Much cheaper than purchasing a new suite and a much better environmentally friendly option. We are very pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend Dekoria to others.

I contacted Dekoria before I placed the order because I had a specific request. They responded in good time and were able to supply exactly what I wanted. The covers arrived in very good time and fitted perfectly. I have a new sofa and it looks fabulous. Don’t hesitate to use this firm - they are excellent
