Delivery is usually within timeframe and if running late I receive timely text updates, customer service contact, and even a refund on some costs. I have contacted customer service about a couple of orders (a very small percentage) and found the staff helpful, responsive and solutions focussed.

If your order arrives incorrect (which is normally the restaurants error), their customer support team are always so helpful and fast with resolving the issue. Their customer support team is actually probably the best I've ever dealt with for any company and is one of the best parts about them.

I just gave a local Domino's a bad rating on Google for a second poor result. Your pizza was better. It came with what I asked for, including its tomato base. More or less the same, except yours was a bit bigger. Yours had more flavour, though, not as much as it could have. The issue may be low-value foods used for this type of pizza. So, ok nonetheless. Better than Domino's Mt Roskill. They offered a free pizza; no thanks.
