Non existent customer service

Be careful.
They've taken my money but haven't sent me the biltong and haven't replied to my message.
I'm contacting my card company for a refund.

I finally received the product, no reply to my previous emails to them asking where my order was.
They recently tried to have the review taken down claiming that it was defamatory. The truth is not defamation!

Don’t want to be one of these people…

Don’t want to be one of these people but it’s true. I ordered my mine over a week and a half ago. I’ve reached out via email, instagram and there website. No response. I don’t think it’s a scam, but they just never delivered

M-eat doesn't disappoint

My first order as a keen biltong fan and m-eat doesn't disappoint. I ordered a mixed box of beef and venison. I kinda like the plainer varieties but the black peppers a game changer for me, delicious, whilst allowing me to snack and up my protein game. I will be subscribing in the very near future

I've been around the world and I I I....

This is a great product! I've been a fan of biltong for a long time now and been lucky enough to have sampled biltong from all of the world.. And I can say M-eat biltong stands with the best I've had! Keep up the good work! All work and no biltong makes a carnivore a sad boy...

The Best Biltong in the UK!

M-eat Biltong have exceeded my expectations with every order I receive. They are by far the best biltong in the UK and the range of flavours is great. I get my subscription delivered every two weeks and get excited every time to receive it.

Great product, good service!

I’ve been buying M-Eat biltong for a good many months now and I have enjoyed most of the flavours they offer. I believe the 1 star reviews to completely unrepresentative of the quality of their product AND their customer service. I found that one month I was shy two packets of biltong, after reaching out and speaking with their team, two packets were swiftly sent out to me and I received them the following week.

Delicious Biltong

I first tried m-eat! biltong at an underground station shop. Loved it, so I checked out their reviews. In spite of seeing some bad reviews, I decided to order based on my own taste experience and I was not disappointed. I ordered a few packs last Thursday and they were at my door by Monday. I ate the garlic flavoured one today and must say that it was AWESOME!

Mould on Biltong

Opened a packet of their biltong and it was covered in mould, I emailed customer service but the company doesn't take responsibility for the poor quality just tries to pass the problem onto someone else.
