Took 2 hours and 25 mins to turn up and was stone cold when I made a complaint I was called lier and told we can have 10% off ur next order I will never ever use this service agein the driver lied to save his own ass making a formal complaint to HQ worst delivery service going if you like hot food DONT USE THESE HALF WITS

Banned permanently for complaining about wrong food deliveries and cold food upon delivery. Being penalized for complaining. I thought members of the public were within their rights to complain when something isn’t right…. When did this change?!
