I have a very good experience with the…

I have had a very good experience with the lads in delta car sales. Very pleasant and accommodating. Car failed nct on sum minor issues and lads took it straight back and fixed the issue and put it through nct again. Highly recommend.

Took seven weeks unable to sort problem out.

Shocking service they kept my car for over seven weeks couldn't repair problem story after story. Parts coming from all over but not repaired. After seven weeks of frustration had to fight to get my car back. Warning do not trust them complete shambles. Lies Lies - JPL

Extremely stressful and disappointing…

Extremely stressful and disappointing experience

I purchased my ŠKODA karoq from Luke in this garage and on the same day I collected it, it had to be returned due to an oil pump failure. A few days later the battery failed. At that point, I gave the benefit of the doubt.
A few weeks later, I was stranded on the motorway while travelling from Wexford when the injectors failed. This put me in a risk of safety , the car broke down in the fast lane on motorway. After repairs, the same injector issues happened again a few weeks later, along with the water pump failing.
Throughout this time, the car was off the road for weeks at a time, and I was never provided with a replacement car. Communication was extremely difficult calls and messages often went unanswered, leaving me with no option but to physically go to the garage to get updates.
The car also suffered from ongoing DPF issues, despite being driven correctly for a diesel vehicle. They also liked to blame everything on the DPF no matter what went wrong in the car. The most recent problem created a serious fire hazard as I was driving a short distance and a lot of smoke was coming from the bonnet as a significant amount of diesel had leaked into the engine from ruptured pipes. I was even told they never seen anything like this before by Kevin when I had to bring it to the garage.
I contacted SIMI to try to resolve the situation, but I was informed that the garage would not be issuing a refund.
As a nurse working shift work, being left without a car caused major disruption. I had to rely on others for transport and have spent a significant amount of money dealing with issues arising from this car while still having to pay for the car , insurance & Tax .This car was bought in march and has been back at the garage atleast 9 times.
