Mixed - the bad part

Excellent quality aquarium as described in other review BUT here are the bad parts:
Poor management appear to struggle to make this place run and so overcharge on every occation - to the embarresement of the friendly kompetant young staff.
1) Bring food / drink - restaurant/cafe value for money EXTREMELY poor. Dollhouse’s cup size cappuccino is +6€! (good though).
2) Paid parking. Info re (SIGNIFICANT) cost is nowhere obvious to be found. Also, payment is complicated with non of the usual parking apps supported. . very HARD to find. Also, the usual parking apps do not work - dumb!
3) Crowded so try plan around busy times.
4) Lockers cost 10DKK (1.5€) and it steals your money so you have to pay get and pay another 10DKK coin every time opened!? Explained in very small font in poorly lit room inside locker..
4) Mixed gender toilets have very poor ventilation and are busy - prepare for bad small..

Canceled fishing tour

We signed up for the fishing tour but the boat captain had the wrong dates so it was cancelled. Very disappointed, but they handled it very well, we got a full refund…which basically gave us free access to the aquarium. But more important…I asked if there was some sort of compensation for the day and Andreas gave me and my son a private behind the scenes tour of the aquarium. What an amazing experience. Thank you again Andreas!!! Blu planet, don’t ever get rid of Andreas! This whole thing was handled well!

Bad service!

So our family situation is as following, husband, wife and two sons. One of them turned 3 april 5th and the other is 10m.
Husband and wife have a yearcard which we bought in august 2021 so are son (3y now) stil had free entrance. We came to den blå planet on the 26 of may 2022 and it was busy. No problem we have year passes that were payed for we just have to get something for our son cause he just turned 3… we were told we could buy a ticket for 14:00 o clock.. it was 11:00.. even though we have year passes and our son turned 3 last month! Next time i will defenitly not buy our year card there and will recommend others not to do so either! Dont want to waist any more money there!
