Great Customer Service!
The scarf arrived promptly and was beautiful, but had a hole near the label. I called customer service and another, replacement scarf was sent out immediately. Great customer service, thank you!

Apart from the socks the other items are not suitable
Apart from the socks the other items are not suitable. They are too large and I don't like them. The items i purchased in the past were very good. They were longer and kept my hands and forearms warm. They only had one hole for the thumb. The need for these items are constant as i suffer with cold hands, wrists and forearms. I would be happy if you could supply with the same ones as i have now. There is a delay in sending this message as i had to get my husband ( Norman)to type and and send it.
