Originally I left a 1 star review, since finally receiving my order a month later I have change it as I was asked to by the company. To be fair it should of been changed as I do now belive they are not scammers. However I did not have the best experience and still wouldn't order again. I only had part of my order delivered and I am still awaiting the rest of the order. The 3 star is for their customer service which has been amazing so well done for that. I am looking forward to receiving the rest of my package and for it to be completed. But thank you for the prompt service.

Great service. They shipped on time and were responsive to questions. I asked for a PDF of the printed manual and they were able to send me a copy without delay.

ordered a certain product, got send a cheaper version with less capabilities. Ordered a Bittboy, got sent a playvison, however, DennisDeal was quick to respond and delivered excellent service to solve the issue,
I'm very happy with how things got solved.

I was waiting my order more than one month and was worrying about this. But customer service assured me that my order will come soon. And it happened :)

I ordered a wall clock on 28/05/22 and I never received it. I have also sent a complaint email, but nobody answered. What should I do next?
Today I have received an email + a phone call from a responsible person in China, concerning our delivery. He kindly explained that such an order takes about three weeks to be delivered from China to Europe, so it will arrive next week. I’m glad I got information about the order and I’m patiently waiting for the parcel to come next week.

searched, found the item, ordered it, received it. ALL I asked.

We bought a smart home alarm system and got a Chinees plug while we live in EU plus everything is in Chinees.
On the website there is no info if it is for EU, China or USA so we assumed it would be EU.
We contacted them and said we want our money back.
They told us we needed to buy a converter and they will pay for it.
Thats good but still wierd.
If we want our money back it will cost us 30 euros shipping fee what is trash because its not our fault they sell items that are not for EU while we thought its was a Dutch language website.
We got a feeling they buy cheap products from Aliexpress and triple the money on there website.
Beware! Save your self the frustration and buy from Amazon/Bol.com or even Aliexpress where you return items for free and its 3x cheaper.

I had ordered an item for my employee back protection.
To my disappointment I was informed that return was not possible.
Had placed a bad review, but I have been contacted and they are trying to let us have (for free) the right size, since the one sold was not correct.
I am updating the review positively now as my employee has quickly received another product of the right size.

UPDATE 2: Customer service reached out and initiated a refund. They will also update me when stock comes in the re-order

What I received:
2x badly assembled 4s2p (probably 18650) batteries labeled as ZOP Power LIPO (not Liion)

I ordered digoo dg-zxc40 camera I waited for 2 months for it to arrive and finally it came but they sent another brand not digoo dg, we talked to customer service and they didn't make a solution, this is official fraud, don't be far from this site, they are showing a brand and sending unbranded products

I ordered a small leather bag, just before the Chinese new year. I was warned by Dennisdeal that sending would be delayed because of this holiday. After the holidays, I asked what was the status, and initially Dennisdeals told me that their stocks had run out, and supply from China was delayed. Also, their website was down. To be honest, I became suspicious, especially when I got news that the item I ordered was no longer available, but that Dennisdeals had found the perfect replacement...I asked if I could get my money back, and they replied immediately (like always; they always communicate immediately), with an offer to either send my money back, OR receive an unlimited voucher of a higher value to be spent at any time in future. As I had bought another bag in the meantime, I opted for the first, and indeed, the very same day the money was refunded!!! I am totally happy with the service of Dennisdeals, even if things do not work out as we all hoped. Reliable company, recommended!!

It didn't arrive fast, but it arrived in perfect condition and I absolutely love it. I wish I had ordered more. Their website is currently down for maintenance, otherwise, I'd be there buying more

Ordered about a month or so ago and it said it would arrive in 14 working days they sent me the track and trace thing and said it would activate in 48 hours it's been 4 days and it says that the package cannot be found

I orderd my product 2 weeks ago, there was meant to be a confirmation mail with a track and trace never got it, i sent 2 mails = no reply. Out of nowhere website is down and im reading bad reviews all that for just one simple present i tried to get in time for someone. Hope DennisDeal can let me know something asap about my product because its really urgent and i don’t think i’ll get it anytime soon IF i will get it.

It's been quite a while since the order was placed, I'm trying to get in touch so I can understand what's going on but it's pointless.

Excellent communication from the customer service department. I've received a wrong item but in a very fast reply the good item was sent with track&trace...Thanks for sure I'll order again.

After waiting several months I received the external soundcard with a small CD in a blister. I cound not get it working. After a few e-mails I received a manual and got the spdiff out working.

I found the return of items not good . Had to be sent back to China. Bad experience with that before . They try to get you to order something else , rather than return your money . I was mistaken into thinking the company were based in Europe not China .
