After several months waiting, i received at last my order. Was a mistake from the deliveryservice, and i got the excuses. But…in the mean time I emailed with DennisDeal and they helped me as good as they could. I’m very glad, because honestly, i thought i was scammed, but that wasn’t so. They kept trying to help me and i was glad to buy at that store.

It has been 7 weeks and no item has shown up. Product delivery was stated as 95% delivered in 14 days, max 30 work days. After 6 emails, and multiple requests for a refund, DennisDeal continue to refuse a refund (albeit politely) and just tell me to wait longer. Perhaps something will show up one day but I recommend you find an alternative, or if you have to use them, pay with a method that can be cancelled.

Initially bad product delivered. Dennis deal came with another alternative solution and everything is solved now.
Superb customer service.

After giving a 1 star review, the team quickly picked up my case to offer a refund and additional discount on another item which they did. I then ordered today the new item so I hope this time, it will arrive in good condition as a new and complete package..This way I can leave a new review with definetly more stars then this one.

They ship items from China within 30days and product box was damaged, missing items and had scratches on it as if it was used. Customer Service simply denied that it was used even though i showed picture. It even came without instructions so they send me a bad copy paste text right in the email and pretend to not understand what was missing.
Item was of cheap quality for what i paid so do not buy from them

Dennisdeal is a scam. First they claim you can return the goods if they are not good and get a full refund. But what they don’t tell is that you have to pay for the cost involving to sent them back. You have to sent the goods back to Hong Kong!!! The cost to sent the goods back are so high that there’s no money left to refund! They offered to give me a voucher, but I don’t need or want any other articles. I just want my money back!

After having a small misunderstanding with DennisDeal, Dennis emailed me quite promptly to resolve it. After a few emails the issue was resolved with a discount on my order being offered which I accepted.

Excellent customer service

They're just dropshippers shipping from China with a delivery time of '15-30 working days'.
Of course all that info you find out after making an order.

The same goods on AliExpress cost 2-3 times less.

If was badly impressed with the client support in the first place, I must say they work swiftly and fast sorting my complain! So it’s fair to review my experience.

Product did not meet expectations. However, good customer service and i got a refund.
Productpictures and description could be beter.

I ordered a number of items from DennisDeal. When the first package arrived, I was very happy with the quality of for example the table tennis nets! But the second package did not arrive. Customer service responses were prompt and very helpful in resolving the issue - they really went above and beyond! I would definitely order from them again.

Bought a Onkyo reciever Remote the remote works on my reciever but I can not program it to work with my tv which the original can. sent a few days later took about a month which was to be expected.

This website is full of false advertising and scams.
I just got the product ordered few weeks ago. Well, it is not as described! Was a surprise until I read the reviews from here. The product is advertised as "transparent front full back soft hydrogel screen protector for asus rog phone 2". See the word FULL? As the foil is 1mm too small on all edges, how can they say FULL? In the pictures I saw that it is "curved", as the screen of the phone. Being too small, it doesn't even touches the edges, how can I curve it? Should I stretch it, like in the other photos? It will shrink after a while. When the screen protection of a phone is not fit to the size of the screen, it will peel of after two-three weeks. I want to send it back, to get my money back from these scammers, but it will take ages to get them back, as I read here and after my calculation of the time that it took to get the package to me.
Stay away from this website, there are more other good online stores that you can buy similar products. Even if you pay 1EUR extra, you'll get the product in time and if wrong, you can get your money faster. Don't be cheap, avoid scams and false advertisers!

EDIT: The problem occurred was fixed by the team at DennisDeal after the review below. The item we bought was resent free of charge, and this time it matched the size of the item we originally chose and bought. I really appreciate the help.

Original: "We bought an extensible wooden fence in size S. On website and product info sheet we received(have photos of both), it’s described as “minimum height 82cm”. 

What finally arrived was a fence with a closed height of 48cm (when opened 38cm) instead of mentioned 82cm. 
When we wrote to Dennisdeal requesting a refund and a return label to send back the cheap crap in wrong size, Dennisdeal denied it. They “nicely offered” to send us an item of the right height and after we agreed, this is the reply we received “This has been a misunderstanding from your end” & “ The regular price for the L size is 87€ but we can send it to you for just 40€”.

The borderline inappropriate response aside, according to the product specifications the height of any size M or L is exactly the same as height of size S, which is supposed to be 82cm. So not only we’ve been denied a money refund or an option to return the item, but they also suggested we spent more money. 

One more thing, we waited for the product for 3 months without receiving any clarification of the delay, update on the order status, tracking number, anything. Results that the product comes directly from China, information that wasn’t shared when buying."

They have contacted me to resolve the issue I had with a product I purchased. That's good service.

Order February - still NO product.
Cancell order-NOT possible.
Money back- NO way.
What a drama.

I'm never buying anything ever again from this shop.

I ordered a product but was not happy with the quality. Requested to return. But the return cost is almost the same price as the item. Other option is for me order more stuffs. No thanks! Their customer support service is designed to upset customers. Not help.

I ordered a relatively simple product which was exactly as promissed. But I had a quistion about the delivery and the service I experienced was absolutly flawless.

Never buying here again!
I ordered a product that had an originally price of 250€ and got it on discount for 90€ only to receive at home a really cheap product not worth even 20€! Also when opened the package there were some damages. In the return policy they mention they cover the costs of returning the item (the costs of returning were 60€ since you have to return the item yo China), but they tried all kind of excuses and solutions like repairing even though i mentioned several times i didnt want it because of course I was dissapointed in the quality of the product i received. It took sooo long and so many refuses from my side until they agreed to refund 50€ and leave the product to me ( which is not worth 40€ at all!!)

The payment was smooth but the package never arrived. They asked me to be patient so I waited 8 weeks. In the end, they ignored my repeated request for a full refund of my purchase. My advice: don't trust Dennisdeal.com. They don't live up to their website motto "Niet goed, geld terug."

There is few words to describe a real professional attitude but actions speak louder then words.Amazing much quality-price but the best is the service provided and the attitude of the people of this company!!! I hope their salary is good because they worth it.
