very good service. The items i were supposed to be delivered around Christmas time by DHL but i didn't receive them. I contacted Dennisdeal who promptly contacted DHL and send the items again which i received a few days later. excellent communication.

i made a mistake about my order and sent an email a couple of minutes after the confirmation, they refunded me right away.

Be careful! Products are coming from China, so long waiting time or they don’t come at all!

I don’t want You to call me! When I make an order in NL company I expect the goods to be sent from NL not from China!

I ordered 2 items with priority shopping (paid extra for that) . After the amount of time to start shipping has passed (2-4 days) I asked to cancel my order, because it felt would not come anyway.

I was told this wasn't possible, I would be able to get shop credit. Sadly due to my fist experience with this shop I didn't want the shop credit. Also nothing was said about the shipment status of my items.

I really hope my items come within the allotted 10-20 days.

Edit: ive decided to change my rating to 3 stars instead if 1 due to the fact that they decided to cancel my order after several mails back and forth.

This was just so hilarious. This is happening first time in my life. First they're calling me in supermarket. I'm saying it's not a good time to speak and then I'm saying it was pretty obvious in my review so I don't want to speak with phone. And then he says -like he's my friend- "you don't want to have phone contact way to communicate and change your review it's not true blah blah blah" and cancelling my order. This was just hilarious. I'll do whatever I can to reduce your stars. This your companys problem or that guy was not on his best day but this is not acceptable. Just because I didn't delete my 1 star review they did this lol. OMG the guy that I spoke with phone just OMG 😃😃😃

In ten working days my order (two 3D hologram displays) was delivered to my home address in Amsterdam in good order.
I visited this website 2 days after I placed my order because the tracking number did not work, and naturally this caused some doubts. I was simultaneously writing an email to support center and searching for customers' experiences on Google. I saw some bed reviews on this website and got into a sort of panic, but the next day I received an email from the company with the valid tracking number. And, as I said, the package arrived in ten working days. At the end, I have a really good experience with this purchase!
I wanted to write this review genuinely, for all those who will have similar doubts as I had.

I ordered some simple masks. They should have arrived in 3-4 weeks and they arrived as expected. I had a small problem on the track and trace of the delivery but the package arrived anyway at the correct address. I received a quick answer from the support team that eventually was not necessary anymore, but it shows that they are checking and trying to support as best as possible.

Had to order again with insurance as the item at first did not arrive but then it came to us

End of September I did order two jackets with ordernumber 238467 with expres shipping. Meaning it will come in between 8-14 days. In the mean time I contacted them because nothing came in and they told me to be patient. But after a month still nothing and the shipping details not giving any updates since 14 October either. Emails again but nonrepsonses this time.

Today I bought other jackets. Because the cold really sets in now.

For me this was a once but never again. A loss of 100e 😭

We ordered decorative lights. Unfortunately, it wasn’t in stock at that time. We were offered an upgrade at no extra expense. Great service, would order again.

I ordered a fanless PC on 29 Jan 2020. It appears that the suppliers had problems with delivery ( the product did not ship until March and then failed to actually leave China). After waiting long past the 60 day promised delivery, I informed Dennisdeal that I wanted to cancel my order and have my purchase refunded. I go a lengthy set of replies to the effect they could not stop the shipment (this is over 100 days after the order), that they did not know why it hadn't been delivered, that they could not refund my order until the package was returned to their warehouse in China. It's now over 225 days and I'm still out 426 Euros. I do not get replies to email about my refund request. Overall, I would rate this company as borderline fraudulent

Firstable I was not happy with what I get , but customer service help to fix the problem .

Mark's service was the best. He was very kind and patient, he guided me step by step in order to connect a heating element and a temperature controller that I brought. Many thanks.

Never received my purchase. No updates or anything.

I was waiting for weeks for my item and I haven’t received it. After writing a review over here I was contacted by the customer service and offered a solution.

At the end we agreed that they will refund the amount of money which I payed and they will keep the item. After they received it, I was refunded what I have paid. I guess both sites are satisfied right now.
