very slow shipment very bad treatment with clients compliment they are so bad and also very arrogant.. my money wasted there

Made my first order more than week ago... no confirmation of the delivery... no answers for my emails...
Now I got their reply after over a week of the order - they informed that they have answered to my email :) have not got any and still the tracking number shows.... nothing. Ordered the same part from five diffetent webstores at same as a test - already got the part from four of them. Good test to show the tesults to consumers

Checked trash and found email from 30th which says ” I see this can be shipped in at most a few days.” ... The tracking number still shows nothing and the order was made two weeks ago...

It is now 13.7...Order made 23.6...still waiting for the delivery...slowest delivery ever

I've been very pleased with the highly supportive and customer-oriented service of Laurens and Jonathan who flexibly and proactively handled a non-trivial logistical challenge for me during a period of international shipping restrictions. While my specific delivery took longer than expected for various reasons (hence the rating of 4 instead of 5 stars), the customer service team made me feel at ease throughout the process. Thank you!

Update : I ordered a desk for my home office with express shipment. It finally arrived with a 2 month delay
It arrived despite the fact that I canceled  my order multiple times and requested a full refund in line with their Terms & Conditions.
When I flagged that I want to return the desk they informed me that it will cost me at least 150 EUR and offered me a 'deal'- later recognised that the so called 'deal' is subject to me immediately deleting my negative review (!!!). Unfortunately it is not a business practice I tolerate. Worst online purchase ever - I take the legal way..

Great customer service. There was a delay due to the current situation. When I asked them they replied in minutes and sent me all the information I needed. 5 stars!

Order placed and delivered quickly. Even if you have questions, you will receive an answer within 24 hours. Very satisfied.

Worse service, ordered it March 23 with express shipment, still has not arrived, I contacted them a few times, they said we can’t get a refund and have to figure it out ourselves.. It’s been sitting in the post office for a month and not here. I even laid extra for express delivery. And this company is choosing not to resolve the problem. My order is 166220.

The worst of my experiences by ordering online. I ordered on April 10th and still nothing is received being May 5th, even though I paid for a faster delivery as well as a track&trace which doesn’t show any information. I wouldn’t recommend Dennisdeal to anyone.

Very efficient customer service. I got my order with a missing part and their response was instantaneous and they shipped me the missing part

I made my first order and I was amazed at the speed of the team because I had a problem. I ordered a BMW Scanner 1.4 that included a cable and a disc, but only the scanner came home. I immediately wrote an email to find out what was going on. At 7am I immediately received an answer and continued all day communicating on possible options to resolve the issue. The next day, a new shipment of the same barcode as the scanner arrived and the cable and disk were inside. Nobody knows why in the mail they were split into two shipments but everything is on the face, everything works perfectly and the team is extremely fast and responsive and responsible!

Update: since l have posted this review l have not received any goods ( they said they would retrieve the order from shipping) or my money back, which they said they would revert back in two days, it's been two weeks, they said they would only respond favourably if l took down my review - client intimidation) I said l would only amend the review if they followed through on promises made. This is the worst online shopping experience l have ever had. I wish l had read the reviews first then l wouldn't have used this scam based site. First l realized they had wrongly advertised the product after ordering and asked them to reverse the order immediately after. They refused, l informed them that they shouldn't ship the product and they ignored this and subsequent communications, today 3 weeks later l get a notice that they have shipped the product and can no longer do anything about it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK and will use all Avenues of the law to get it back. Ridiculous! I see also from reviews that l am not the only one who has experienced this cheap scam.

The time effort and work they put into their job is splendid. I went through some trouble with the shipping but they helped me go through it with little to no problem. They gave good offers and has always kept in touch when I needed help. I am really satisfied with their service.

To date dennisdeal responses are lacking and we have no real confident that these will ever be delivered
