Awful return process
This return overall has been awful and required me to spend more time than necessary. I had to reach out and speak with an agent each time to get anywhere. First off, the system couldn’t even locate my order for me to initiate a return even though I’ve received multiple emails with my order number on there. There was a delay on the return which was probably a transit issue but just added to how this return was not a smooth and easy process. Finally, after a long wait, I receive an email stating I should be expecting refund in 5 business days. I wait and I give it an extra 3 days but nothing. I then have to reach out again to learn that an agent had to send proof to financial department in order for me to get my money back. This was very frustrating since I was informed via email to expect something that wouldn’t have happened on its own. Overall terrible process.

Customer service rep’s tone was rude and condescending when simply inquiring about a matter that was not made clear. Clearly this individual doesn’t like their job and takes out their own anger on your customers. Will never shop here again because of this client experience.

Resetting my password took a ridiculous number of reCAPTCHAs, I lost track after the sixth or seventh. I pressed on to complete the order, but I won't be returning any time soon unless I get a mailer advertising a huge sale. update: Upset my already sensitive skin
i called the number they replied with. a very nice lady told me that nothing can be returned once it’s used. how else am i supposed to know whether i will have a negative reaction to it, of course i used it. she said i can mail it back and the warehouse team will reach out to me to decide if they will refund me - that’s very funny, i know now that they will not contact me and just wanted my FSA money, not my satisfaction with their products.
