Absolutely love desenio - constantly updating their prints and the quality is great (even the frames are well worth the price!) and never had an issue with them. Very quick delivery too.
As a first-time user my experience was quite satisfying. I liked how I can create mock designs and see how my compilation will look. Print and frame quality is nice. Recommend.

Not so happy with the print quality
Super smooth order process and fast delivery.
However print quality is not as expected. Maybe I had too high expectations.
I could use three out of the four posters, the last one just doesn’t look good when framed. The “golden” colour is not textured, it’s just yellow/brownish that makes it looks cheap. I bought a golden ink pen to draw a bit on the places where it should be gold :)

I completed an influencer collab…
I completed an influencer collab including spending money to purchase frames and once delivered never heard back. I emailed the marketing department multiple times. DM’d on Instagram, emailed your customer service, commented on photos and got radio silence. You owe me money. Disgusting company with no ethics.

NEVER received my order or a refund
Spent over $150, NEVER received my order and have had NO replies from customer service nor any refund!! I contacted FedEx and was told Desenio never gave them the package. I even sent Desenio a message on Instagram and Facebook and got NO reply. When I tried calling the number on the website I got the response "this number does not exist"! Avoid Desenio at all costs. It seems to all be a SCAM!! I now see many people have had the same issue - customer service seems to be NONEXISTENT the moment they've got your money! I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing as this has turned into a NIGHTMARE. First and last time ordering from Desenio. I AM LIVID.

My order total was Canadian $136.08 but my credit card was charged $178.19 . And on top of that have to pay fedex $43.39 for custom .

Very well packaged
Almost 2 weeks delivery time (Not fault of Desenio) and customer support was slow to answer. Packade did eventually show up, very well packaged and the print was perfect.

Received the picture in around 2 weeks. Everything was packed perfectly and it was fairly straightforward to frame. Framing yourself is fair enough as the price is so reasonable and the end result is just gorgeous! Delighted altogether. Thanks!
