Absolutely love desenio - constantly updating their prints and the quality is great (even the frames are well worth the price!) and never had an issue with them. Very quick delivery too.
As a first-time user my experience was quite satisfying. I liked how I can create mock designs and see how my compilation will look. Print and frame quality is nice. Recommend.

The prints are absolutely stunning
The prints are absolutely stunning, and although we received the frame broken, their support was fantastic. It took me 5 minutes through live chat (if that) to request a replacement to be sent out. Really great place to order your prints from!

Ordered a lovely little print for my bathroom and the process was smooth . Only difficulty is that there is so much choice 🤣 Delivery was a day late but I was kept informed . So pleased with the print and the colours are true and match perfectly .

Avoid!
Website crashed while I was placing an order, the money was taken from my account but the order didn't actually go through.
I spoke to customer services on the phone and they said there was no record of my money being received, yet it's gone out of my bank account. I have emailed proof of this but not had a response so I'm now £50 short and not getting anything for it so I have had to go through the dispute process with my bank to see if I can get it back.

I have tried to order repeatedly but as soon as I do payment it says payment method not accepted. I have tried all my visa and MasterCard. Contacted my bank who have confirmed all cards are fine. Obviously an issue with their UK site and there customer service team says there is nothing wrong.

Don’t even bother about it mate
Honestly, the worst company with returns. I’ve never ever experienced such difficulties to return a simple bloody order. And also the quality of these artworks are basic and not even worth your penny. Customer service is also poor the company is not helpful at all.

Tedious returns process
Returning an order was the most tedious and expensive return of my life. The whole process of packaging took me 30 mins (excluding going to a return location), and I was charged £6 for it. This made me contemplate whether I should even bother returning…which I can’t help but think is intentional..

My Jeans size is 23 and I bought many times. They sendt me size 32! Take incredible long time to get the refund and had to call and send e-mail many times. Last time I bought a jumper cost 550kr and it took almost 3 months before I get my money back and didn’t get full refund. Got 445kr or something back!

I ordered a print and frame to match
I ordered a print and frame to match, as a gift. The parcel arrived and was missing the print, so unfortunately I couldn't give the gift on time. I emailed customer services for help and I've been asked to return at my cost and told it was my choice to return.... essentially I've been blamed for the fact an item was missing for my order.
This is poor customer service, I do not recommend the company based on the above experience and recommend you use UK based sites to purchase prints.
I'll consider updating my review should I receive an apology for being blamed for their mistake.

Great design, good quality unbeatable prices
I ordered 4 prints from Desenio in August all in size 50x70 black and white. I was initially a bit worried due to some of the negative reviews on here about the quality of the prints but decided to give them a go due to the design of the prints and the unbeatable prices. Received the prints in the UK well packaged in less than a week from my order. They look exactly as shown on the site, quality is as good as any prints I have previously purchased from East End Prints, Artesta or John Lewis at a significantly lower price and I am absolutely delighted with them. I have put them all in IKEA edsbruk frames and they absolutely transformed the rooms! Now I am looking to purchase more, would highly recommend both the service from the company and the prints.

Beautiful posters, worth their prices.
Quick delivery time, they also put a lot of effort to make sure posters won't come damaged.
