Design Cykel Tåstrup Both Danni and Flemming were helpful and professional with the service of my Gazelle el-bike.
When I bought my el- bike I did not receive any guidance or help from the personnel working in the shop at the time. This is necessary for maintenance and warranty of an el-bike.
When I bought my bike online from Design Cycle I was informed it was available and I could go and pick it up. When I went to pick it up I was told then by the personnel in the shop to go and wait in a cafe for 3 hours. I live in another part of Copenhagen. I received no information on maintenance nor guidelines of warranty at the time. An unprofessional encounter. Then After picking it up I had to go to 3 different shops where I live who are Gazelle dealers in a month to get the bike adjusted/repaired.
NOW due to a UPGRADE in both personnel and service/maintenance I received the proper service.
