Very professional service.

I purchased 2 products from Design info. The cost of products is lesser than Amazon. I checked the cost of both products on Google as well as Amazon. Design Info cost much lesser.
Hapy with the product, cost and delivery time.

They are reliable site and you get what you purchase. Only problem is certain products like godox they import directly from China and you won't get warranty for it in India.

Everything was smooth from product ordering to delivery and product quality.

6th Dec: Good news I finally got my VND filter today after 37days of placing the order. Mr Sandeep Jain got personally involved to make it happen so I have increased the rating from 1 to 3 stars. Personal thanks to him and I take back my comment that it’s a scam company. It’s not. But all the same doesn’t remove the fact that their process is broken. Request the company to ensure good backend process so customers aren’t left hanging with no knowledge of their delivery for over a month

30th Nov - It’s been a month now that I have ordered my set of Moment filters and case. A total of five items out of which the Quick lock VND filter was the critical part.

As I was ordering for the first time and very apprehensive, I checked with them and asked them for photos which they sent, including the VND filter

But after delivery, they only ended up delivering four out of five items and the fifth critical VND filter was undelivered without any information despite confirming availability and sending me a picture of the unit

When I reached out, they said it will be available after 2 to 3 weeks and left me hanging. When I asked them to take back the stuff that is delivered as it’s almost unusable without the critical VND filter. THEY STARTED GHOSTING ME.

their customer care executive Riya had a take it or leave it attitude and told me they will refund for the VND filter only. Despite me telling them clearly that the rest of the item is delivered have almost no meaning for me.

I was informed that one Mr. Sandeep jain will also call me back which he did not for over three weeks. And when he did and I told him I am traveling, he said it will get delivered to my mumbai address instead of my initial Bangalore delivery. Well also advising me to not call them a scam company while displaying all signs of it.

And then again missed sending me at the mumbai address on the promised date also today. Their attitude on missing any delivery or not sending us an item is simply goes to the customer till they go crazy. I have complained to razor pay as well as my SBI credit card as well as the consumer Helpline.

Good packing safely arrived to my place and good response from design info team best and competitive prices compared to other online platform i brought dji action 5 pro last year it also arrived safely and securely and this year i ordered mic mini it also arrived safely

I just see dji action 4 battery on this website the price of this product is very low as compared to flipkart and amazon ete but I have doubt about website so, i decided to buy so i order it through UPI payment, after some they delivered the product and I am very surprised the quality of packaging is very good and also the product is original with original box.👍

It was a smooth experience shopping from design info and the delivery was so fast and the best prices in the market.

EDIT : Product arrived and it was a real product. Owner apologized for the problems caused and offered gifts for compensation, which we declined. The review posted below was prior to receiving product and the company still has a lot of things to work on. The product arrived much later than expected and the niceness of the owner does not make up for the unprofessionalism of the employees.

Charged us for Bluedart Air for an almost Rs. 2 lac order, then failed to provide shipping details for multiple days, and then gave the WRONG shipping number for some local courier service who also was unresponsive.

After trying to correct them, the customer service doubled down and said 'No this is absolutely the right doc number' and mind you we are not even being provided the AWB number, just the doc number and this too in form of half cropped screenshots. After fighting with customer service for a day (trying to get in touch considering design info is just not responsive) was when we were given another local courier link (same courier service but NOT BLUE DART AIR) and apparently they had MISTAKENLY given us the wrong doc number (last digit was offset by 2).

I still have not received my product. I ordered on the 10th of October.

Product was received in the end and it was original.

I ordered a Viltrox 35mm f1.7 air. It was delivered within a week in good packaging. It had the lowest price too compared to other retail websites. I took my chance after seeing positive reviews on Google maps and JustDial and I'm glad I did. One thing they can improve in their website is sorting by lens mount, just makes it easier to narrow down the options.

Couldn’t find the insta360 moto bundle anywhere. Saw this site and ordered, was doubtful of the legitimacy and the safety of shipping. But it has come perfectly safe. The product is original and came with the original sealed box, packed well and safe against bumps and falls.

They scamming the audios with there cancellation policy

I received the package in a good package and at a good price. Despite the holidays, the guys tried to send the parcel as soon as possible. The most important thing is that after I received the goods, they contacted me to clarify if everything was in order. If at first I was skeptical about them, then after the feedback I was very satisfied.
