got defective product and they wont replace even after its written on website that they will within 7 days of order. Ordered a quest 3 from their website

They are a bunch of fraudsters and they sell only the counterfeit products or malfunctioning ones I've lost 60 thousands buying a phone from them, there's no return refund etc.

I have ordered 02 items from them. A lens and a RS3 mini gimbal. The lens has dust very inside which I found recently. Its been 4 months now so I can't request a replacement. Gimbal working fine. I am little disappointed as they sent me a defective lens which I thought I got a good discount. Place order with your own risk.

I ordered a pixel 8 pro from them on 12th apr got it delivered on 14th at first I thought there must be something fishy as the price of the phone was almost 25 k cheaper than anywhere else only reason I am giving a 4 star because I ordered a bay color but than one of their rep clld and sd sir we only have it available in black I was happy about the fact that atleast it's available my sister still can't believe I got the 256 gb version for less than 60k
