Price is every thing

Betty was the agent that answered my call when I needed help with my booking. Very knowledgeable, accommodating of all of my requests, super fast to respond to my additional email and a special accommodation request, which resulted in booking what will be I am sure an amazing trip! Thanks Betty, hope for all customer service representatives be like you!

I would give o stars if I could. Previous year, we received a $ 2000 ish CAD credit for a flight to Hawaii. In order to receive this credit, they charged us 400 , which we paid. when the time came to use our credit, they told us we have to go to the same place, which was never mentioned in the initial email. ( although they had wild fires). we agreed to that as well. Then they required us to pay extra ( close to 800 CAD) in order to use the credit. I tried very hard to obtain a reasonable price ( I don't understand why I had to pay 400 + 800 in order to use the credit). it was like talking to a wall...explanations that didn't make sense. so, in the end I paid Destina Holidays 2400 CAD for a service they didn't provide. Good job, Destina!

I am always very wary about buying flights anywhere but on the airlines websites, as I tend to think they may result in a scam. I decided to trust the overwhelmingly positive TrustPilot reviews and went for it. After placing the order, they called me to confirm the flight info, which I thought was very nice. My card got declined by my bank (they thought it was a fraudulent transaction). This required some back and forth with DestinaHolidays, and they were extremely quick and efficient in helping me. After finalizing the tickets, I checked the booking on the airline website to make sure that everything went smoothly, and there they were! Not only the price was significantly lower than what was listed on the airline website, but also my reservation included checked bags, which the airline did not include in the already more expensive fare.

Highly recommend them, will use their services again!

Fast, seamless process. All necessary information presented in a well-organized manner that made it incredibly easy for me to decide that I wanted to book through them.

My trip is planned for Greece in July. It was easy to book. The price I found was what I paid, no surprise fees. I didn’t purchase travel insurance, but I will at a later time. I also have yet to book seats. I’ll add membership miles on respective airline sites for this trip, but I had the option on this site to add them. Please note, when signing up for mileage points, make sure your profile is exactly as your name is on your passport. I forgot to add my middle name and now I have to go through the hassle of correcting the profiles so I can get credit for my flights.

Easy, fast and cheap way to book.

Quick, personable and a smooth transaction. Customer service rep called me before purchase of my flight choices to confirm that’s what I wanted.

Same nonsense as the other reviewers. As soon as I booked my tickets, I got a call saying that they will not confirm the booking unless I pay CAD 400 extra. Cancelled the booking, not using them ever again.

Reply to Destina - If you spend more than 2 seconds actually reading my review it says 'they (i.e. Destina) will not confirm the booking unless I pay CAD 400 extra'.

You can say whatever about your policies since no one can verify it but I still have the initial email that provides booking details.

Booking was easy and quick. And the best price I could find!

Meanwhile the other companies have higher prices Destina Holidays surprised me with a great deal. I hope every time I am traveling I book my tickets with Destina Holidays. That was a good choice.
