They hide behind automated systems and 'no-reply' emails and whilst this enforcement of parking is somewhat 'necessary', the dangerous way they go about is reprehensible and unjust. They are rude, abusive and threatening whilst using the tag line 'we treat people with integrity'. Our world is morally bankrupt and companies and individuals such as these are the clearest examples.

I have worked with this company for a few years now and Max has been very helpful. We’ve always had a good experience and have used the company on a few sites. Communication is great too.

I would give 0 stars but that's not an option. I received a parking charge from these cowboys after parking outside a shop after 6pm. It was pitch black and the parking signs were not illuminated and were the size of a postage stamp. If they genuinely didn't want people to park in the (empty) carpark after 6pm, they would make the signs bigger and put lighting above them. Without this, the parking charge is illegal as you cannot enter into a contract if you haven't been able to read any signage. The immediate denial of my appeal was an automated response, so nobody even reads them. You'll have to go to Popla as the website they direct you to (IAS) wants £15 to appeal! Absolute jokers. Be very careful, their entire service is a SCAM.

Ticket officers are Very ‘selective’ with who they issue fines to, in-fact they are damn racist !

Expressing frustration over this company feels redundant since the reviews speak volumes about their tactics. As someone with a valid permit, I've witnessed their relentless pursuit to extract every penny they can, exploiting delays and obstructing my appeals to independent services. I'm drained from battling these deceitful practices and just wish for them to disappear from my life. If I could offer advice, it would be to revise their slogan from We treat people with integrity to We shamelessly take your money.

I got a pcn I was genuinely at the place on business I understand parking can be a problem at some locations so enforcement is necessary. However I appealed my Pcn with mitigating evidence and a very understanding max got my charge removed. Compared to other enforcement companies I was impressed by the professionalism.

Sorted out my permit in 24 hours. Thank you Max!

Scammers, no wonder they are a hated company.

Cost me £470 to unload stuff for my business, not blocking anyone or anything. Making up their own laws.

Had no compassion in there response, and this is why small businesses collapse because of company’s like this.

If there owner of this company would like to speak to me direct then please feel free, you are lucky you got paid and I ain’t taking it into my own hands. Sick of parking company’s making up stupidity rules and preying on people scraping to earn a living.

Horrible company, AVOID using them.

Awful! Got a ticket for parking on my space, with my permit on display- but due to tucking it to the side of the dashboard (so it didn't slide around/go out the window when driving) they charged as not "all 4 corners were in display". Rude and sarcastic in their appeal reply. I don't think the company knows the meaning of integrity.

This a joke, or much worse. I got a ticket 6 am in the morning parking in my yard, on a place where every single day parked a car for month. A couple of weeks ago they refreshed the paint on the parking bays and now they are saying that was their intention to inform the residents parking allowed only within the parking bays. What about informing us, or put an X where not supposed to park. This is now the way as it should be.

A disgusting company.

The amount of times they have fined me for parking in my own spot is a disgrace.

It's probably not worth me spending time to write what absolute scammers these guys are - just read the reviews below, it says it all.

I am a resident with a valid permit and they have taken every single opportunity to take as much money from me as possible, deliberately delaying matters and not cooperating when I wanted to appeal to the independent appeals service. I don't have anything left in me to fight against these fraudsters anymore, just take my money and please begone from my life.

If I were you I'd change your motto from "We treat people with integrity" to " We steal money with no shame".

Cowboy Company, We are now being sued for using their service. Please be careful and use a reputable company.

This company has no interest in enforcing proper parking, they only want to squeeze any money they can get. They gave me a charge for parking in my designated spot because my permit had slipped from the dashboard and no amount of evidence that I had a valid permit at the time would change their mind. Their correspondence has a carefully crafted threatening tone. I'm going to try and convince my block's management agency to switch to another company.

I’ve got a ticket for unfortunate event and after clearly explaining the circumstances under which it happened, this company never understood what happened and they were instructing me on how to avoid this in future in a very rude manner which was none of their business. They took the evidences so that they can charge me but my permit which was inside the car that fell off accidentally was never captured. Don’t waste your time in talking or appealing to them and instead pray to lord that you never have to face them in any way.

Absolute joke, just like all 'parking management companies'
Feel obligated to write this, since they have a motto: “WE TREAT PEOPLE WITH INTEGRITY”

and in fact, they are an absolute disgrace.

As a Commercial Property Managing Company in Bournemouth, we have been using Devere Parking for many years. We don't use anyone else.
They are simply fantastic!
They actually work, they issue tickets when they say they will, easily reachable at any time, if a sign comes down a sign goes back up instantly. They are on the ball.
This is what we want as a Client. This is what you want!
Three of the team came in to us this week just for a catch up [and a laugh], that's on another level stuff.
We highly recommend Devere Parking as a parking contractor for any site you need them for.
