From the moment I looked at Devine Distribution online, I was very impressed at the high quality I noticed, in images and information. It reassured me that this is a modern enterprise of the highest standards. I placed an order for a Smeg fridge Retro, and the member of staff that assisted me (Nathan)
thoroughly informed me of all that could be of help, and he did this spontaneously and with intelligence, even beyond working time.

Totally unhappy experience. Product never arrived with Devine Distribution from manufacturer when it should have so subsequently wasn't issued out to myself but DD were not aware of this delay until I called to chase up. Was informed by owner that he would call me back with update, this didn't happen so I had to call again and just went to voicemail, again no-one returned my call. I chased again after the new year break only to be passed to someone else who did at least call me back with an update as he said he would only to be told it would be further 10m days before I would receive my purchase.

Devine Distribution were not very good at tracking products and put no importance on chasing delivery only sent emails which didn't seem to be actioned with any urgency. I have paid £400.00 for a product and will have to wait at least 27 days before I receive it without proper justification. and still not confident it will arrive when they say it will.

BAD experience from start to now, hopefully I will get my product in the end. my wife's Christmas present will now arrive closer to her birthday (which is in February) than it did to Christmas.

Highly recommended this company. Ben was very helpful throughout the process and kept his word and managed to deliver within a very tight timeline

This is a beautiful well built downdraft hob. The extractor works very well and rids the kitchen of cooking smells just as well as the conventional overhead type. Very pleased with my purchase and would encourage anyone to try this fabulous hob. Well done Airforce.
