This is a must have for every household!

It does exactly what it says it does.
It's quite shocking how much moisture is in the air!
If I were to have one minus point it would be getting the tank out when it has fair amount of water in it. There are 2 integrated handles on either side but as the unit is on wheels you need to have some fingers from both hands on the unit to stabilise it whilst simultaneously pulling out the tank with the rest of your finger so as not to splosh any water on the floor.
Maybe its me and there a better way but it's nothing major.
In saying that, most dehumidifiers I looked at had integrated finger pull handles.
Main thing is that it's very effective at reducing humidity.

Your delivery agent failed to deliver. Neither you nor the delivery agent informed us. You simply told us you had refunded the order.

Good Product

The heater was delivered on time and in good condition and it works perfectly. There is an error in the instruction manual which is being resolved by the manufacturer. There is no switch on the side of the heater although the manual says there is.

Great item, top service from a UK manufacturer!

I actually discovered this business via a certain omnipresent online shopping behemoth…

I opted to buy direct, expecting to delay the work and discovered they offer next-day delivery — bonus. I missed the cut-off time but it was still delivered the next day!

The fan was nicely packaged with clear instructions and it works very well. The mid-way point of the humidity setting is in agreement with the humidity sensor I have, so I simply cannot fault this! :•)

Easy to order and delivery the next day. Good price. Easy to set up and heats the room quickly. Text in the instruction booklet very small. Some people may find it difficult to read.

I’m sure these filters are great

I’m sure these filters are great, unfortunately I wouldn’t know, my dog took them from the postman and store them to shreds before I had a chance to try them. Obviously not devolas issue hence the great review 🥴

Good heater initially, but limited support just outside warranty

I purchased a Devola 1.2kW Infrared Indoor & Outdoor Wi-Fi Heater in October 2024.

The heater worked well for around a year and I was pleased with the performance and smart controls. However, after roughly 14 months of normal use in a dry workshop, the front fascia panel became visibly distorted.

Customer service responses were polite and professional throughout. However, as the issue arose outside the one-year warranty period, the unit was not inspected and no repair or replacement was offered. A 10% goodwill discount towards purchasing another unit was the maximum support provided.

Buyers should be aware that the two-year warranty requires separate registration after purchase — this is not automatic.

Disappointing from a durability standpoint, especially given the “indoor & outdoor” positioning.

I do want to clarify why we weren’t able to offer a repair or replacement in this case. When reviewing the photos you provided, it was clear that the heater did not have the minimum clearance around it as specified in the product manual. This clearance is essential for safe heat dissipation, particularly with infrared heaters, and insufficient space can cause the front fascia to distort over time.

Because the installation didn’t meet the required safety guidance, we were unable to offer support beyond the goodwill discount — even though the fault appeared just slightly outside the warranty period. This isn’t a reflection on you personally; we simply have to follow the safety standards when assessing faults.

Regarding the two‑year warranty, you’re absolutely right: extended coverage does require registration after purchase. This is mentioned in the manual and on the website, but I appreciate that it’s easy to miss — and your feedback is helpful for highlighting where we may be able to make this clearer.

I’m genuinely sorry this has been a disappointing outcome for you, especially given your positive experience with the heater initially.
