I’ve been a long-time admirer of DeVol Kitchens, and my recent purchase has only deepened my appreciation for the brand. I ordered a beautiful new sink, and unfortunately, it arrived damaged during transit. To my surprise and delight, DeVol took the initiative to ship a replacement immediately and arranged for the pickup of the damaged item—without me even needing to ask.

Their proactive and thoughtful customer service truly impressed me. It’s rare these days to experience a company that not only delivers exceptional craftsmanship but also shows genuine care for their clients. This experience made me feel even more confident in my decision to choose DeVol and reinforces why I’ve been such a loyal fan over the years.

I ordered four Helen Stools and was very surprised at how quickly they came since they were shipped from the UK. They are so beautiful and very well made! Two of the seats had slight irregular shaped scratches so I contacted them about it and they quickly sent me replacements. Their customer service is outstanding. Liberty was so kind and responsive about sending out the replacement stools as well as sending a carrier to pick up the original stools. I've ordered pendent lights in the past and they are beautiful and very well made as well. I want to purchase their entire kitchen lineup as they are all so beautiful! I'm definitely a big fan of this company and will continue to order more products in the future!

Living up to their slogan ‘Simple Things, Beautifully made’, we fell in love with Devol’s kitchens and interior designs.
The detail in design and materials with simplicity at heart is so refreshing with their unique handmade approach to kitchens and interior accessories.

Visiting their showroom at Cotes Mill near Loughborough is quite a wonderful experience, an absolutely beautiful building and grounds all fitted and designed with their ethos at heart really submerses you in Devol’s world, delightful.
And to top it their customer service is next to none.

We’ve recently bought a small bit of furniture and accessories which have transformed our house, giving it that old world Devol feel. So if you can’t decide from their website / catalogue I highly recommend visiting their showroom for expert quality advice and a great experience, even for the smallest of accessories.

Can't fault deVol. Still love my kitchen 2 years on from when it was fitted. The after sales service is incredible (minor tweaks needed due to materials expanding/settling). All the staff are professional, polite, efficient and so knowledgeable. And the kitchen itself is beautiful and very well made. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We used the kitchen design service and Lucy was very helpful. We paid for this service as we are located outside of the UK. In the end didn't order the kitchen due to additional costs getting it outside the country, and instead only ordered a few of their products. Regardless the design service was completely worth the money spent as it was very helpful. All the people we dealt with were very professional and always quick to answer. All the products we ordered are also beautiful - I only wish all of the companies we worked with for our renovation were as good as Devol :)

The most brilliant, helpful and accommodating company I have dealt with - Sophie Roger was so patient and bent over backwards to deliver what we wanted. John Purcell in Production was also a delight to work with - we couldn’t be happier with the result - would highly recommend.

This deVOL Sebastian Cox Kitchen that Katie Alderson worked on for me is such a show stopper in my Clerkenwell apartment. Everyone says how amazing it is. I love it and am so pleased I "went for it" as it were. Katie was brilliant to work with. All in all, a very happy customer. Will recommend you to everyone.

We just had our devol kitchen installed a few weeks ago and its amazing. We chose Devol as we wanted someone to help design the great kitchen as we didn't really know what we were doing, and it was a great chose. We had 2, 2 hour face to face design meetings and then the kitchen was fitted about 2/3 months later, which gave us time to arrange builders, plumbers, electricians and a tiler to do the fitting. The actual kitchen fitting took 4 days and then the worktops were fitted 2 weeks after this. Everyone we met, the design team, project managers, kitchen fitters and stonemasons were all really friendly and professional!
This was the first kithchen building/design company we have ever worked with so we didn't know this before starting the process but Devol only fit the kitchen, you need to arrange plumbers, electricians and tilers yourself. The kitchen is really beautiful and we are really happy with it.

Beautiful high quality products and excellent customer service!

I first came across deVOL through television and was instantly head over heels in love—if I were to get a new kitchen, it had to be one like this!
Through their website, I was able to get an idea of the price range and then reached out via email to inquire about how planning works for international customers.
Quickly I received a response, and throughout the entire process—during which various team members were involved—the communication was consistently friendly and helpful.
I used a mood board to gather inspiration and prepare for my first meeting with my kitchen designer, Jessica, who designed a truly dream kitchen with great dedication, patience, and an eye on the budget.

As a customer on the mainland, I had to take care of certain things myself, such as installation, appliances, and the countertop. Of course, it would have been more convenient to get everything from one source, and coordinating everything wasn’t the easiest task. Advice: Since the construction style of English kitchens differs from that of German manufacturers, it is helpful to work with tradespeople who have some prior experience with this type of kitchen. While deVOL does provide extensive supporting materials, there were still a few unexpected challenges along the way. However, in the end, everything could be worked out and managed.

Once installed, the kitchen did not disappoint—it is absolutely stunning and truly something special, with great craftsmanship.
The painted finish, with its subtly visible brushstrokes, has a beautifully handcrafted look, and the brass fittings are not only eye-catching but also a pleasure to touch. I was initially unsure about how well I would adapt to the two-handle faucet at the sink, but it turned out to be no issue at all—the wheels are actually very comfortable to use.
One small downside is the ceramic sink, which, while gorgeous, has a completely flat bottom without any slope, meaning that water tends to pool slightly—something I hadn’t considered beforehand. In hindsight, I probably should have opted for a hand spray to make it easier to rinse away crumbs, but it’s not a big deal.

I also want to mention the green London Tiles, which are simply beautiful! To my eye, they feature four different shades of green, and before installation, we laid them out in advance to determine a sequence—just that process alone was a joy :) Each tile is slightly different, as they are handmade (and not all were exactly the same size, so we ended up skipping tile spacers during installation).

I’m so glad I took the plunge with this little adventure, and I absolutely love my new kitchen! Strangely enough, cooking in it really does feel completely different

The DeVol team was very welcoming from the first interaction and provided incredible guidance in both designing the layout of the kitchen and in selecting the smaller details. The service was excellent and any tweaks were accommodated with professionalism and detail wherever they were needed.
The quality of the cabinetry is excellent and it was delivered with great care, as well as with very clear and detailed instructions. The drawings provided throughout the process helped us plan ahead and to work with trades and fitters finish the job perfectly.

We have bought numerous things of devol and the experience has always been perfect. Recently our hot tap stopped working I contacted devol who assigned Cara to take care of the issue. Cara and the company helped me out no end. They had a new one shipped out with no cost what so ever within a couple of days from Perrin and Rowe. I couldnt recommend enough the level of customer service Cara and devol give to their customers.

I have taken some time to write this review, as I felt whatever I write will not be enough to convey how unbelievably brilliant this company is. Everyone in the organisation we came into contact with was friendly, professional, and helpful, and the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture and products they make is simply stunning.

We began our journey with DeVol when we visited Cotes Mill, which was a fabulous experience—I would certainly recommend doing this. We were greeted by our designer, Lucy, who came up with really exciting plans for our kitchen. Lucy took us around the Mill which had all the DeVol cabinetry, colours, worktops, handles etc—everything you could possibly want to see. We left with our plans, samples, and costs for the kitchen and the finishes we had selected. We left knowing that we wanted to proceed with an order.

We met our project manager, Ed, during the site survey, which went smoothly, and we set a date for delivery and installation. Lucy and Ed were always available at the end of the phone or email. We made several additions to our order and they answered all technical questions we had.

Our journey to achieving our dream kitchen was not an easy one—far from it. We had major errors with another company in the manufacture of our steel doors which hampered the whole project. However, we were fortunate to have Ed, who was so supportive and ensured that our kitchen would be ready whenever we were able to proceed. Luckily the day did arrive when our kitchen was installed. The fitting took 2 days and the installers were amazing. The quality of the cabinetry and their craftsmanship was off the scale. We were stunned by how the cabinets were made to fit the uneven walls with no filler in sight! We were left with a simply beautiful kitchen that has changed the way we live. It is timeless, elegant, and built to last a lifetime. One piece of DeVol furniture to go with the kitchen that we all love and I would recommend to everyone is the “bum” stool. They are beautifully crafted and as the lady in the TV series says, they are comfy—they certainly are!!

You Don’t need a Huge Budget to have a Devol Kitchen!!
Working with Devol was a great experience from start to finish. Right from the Initial Cotes Mill Design Consultation, through to the Site Survey and Installation day, every member of their team was Helpful and Professional and nothing was to much trouble.
Our Designer Jessica and Design Assistant Miranda interpreted our Wish List perfectly into the Layout and Design of our Modestly sized Cottage Kitchen.
They were happy to base the design around two existing Antique Furniture pieces that we already had. This meant that our Kitchen came in under budget and we were able to have a couple of bespoke sized cabinets made with Bespoke Internal Features (Oak Cutlery Insert, Spice Rack and Internal Drawer).
In the end we even used Devols Wall lights, Brass Rails and Handmade Emerald Green Tiles to complete our Scheme on a very reasonable Budget.
After some consideration we opted to use Devols Fitters for the Cabinetry and source our worktops locally. This proved to be perfect for us and Adam and Dalio from Devol were very experienced and knew the products inside out. Their attention to detail ensured that everything was perfect before they left.
We would not hesitate to recommend Devol to anyone who’s thinking of having a new kitchen. Their Designers are exceptional and their products are of exceptional quality and are definitely built to last.

We absolutely love our new kitchen and utility room by deVOL and had the best experience with the entire team! Our designer Hannah was so helpful every step of the way and although our utility room is tiny, the way she planned it turned out to be perfect. We can really use it now and on top of that it's really pretty. Our fitters were a dream to work with as was the entire team. Thank you so much deVOL!

An exceptional company, team and product. This was our 2nd DeVol kitchen, we knew what to expect and yet still DeVol exceeded our expectations on every level. Hannah and Steve were great and could not do enough to help us achieve our ambitions from the complexity of design down to regular check ins to ensure eveyrthing works perfectly. Their craftsmanship is second to none.

I installed a DIY utility of 5 units. From start to finish all Devol staff were exceptional, very pleasant and went above and beyond for such a small order.

The units are very well made and easy to fit, more so than other kitchen brands. Very much worth spending extra for units that will last 4-5 times that of a high street company.

Again, unlike other companies they checked in 6 months later to see everything was ok. I am sure if there was anything wrong, which there isn’t, they would do their best to fix it.

Can’t praise Devol enough.
