We visit on a regular basis and always find the staff friendly, polite and very helpful.

We have driven past Dewaldens for many years on our way to Kilmarnock station as we live in south Ayrshire. We had ordered 2 items for click and collect. The staff are lovely, and a very helpful young man took our heavy items out to the car and even brought out our shopping bags for us before he put the sacks in the boot. We visited the café for the coffee and scone special deal. Huge scones and very tasty too. Lovely staff in the café too.

Went for a small lunch with my mum. The staff are ordered around by a not very well dressed manager. The food was indeed was lovely but the manner of said lady was most off putting, coming from a hospitality background this lady would be better to stay behind the scenes as she clearly is not a people person, on leaving she never even said as much as a thank you or how was your food. I shall not return. Not very nice to her staff either

Easy to order online, the lamps we bought were supposed to have three colour options, however the one's we got were I think earlier stock with just two colours, still very nice though.

The quality of their cafe food and drinks across the entire menu is unquestionably 5 star especially their bakery products.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and always give you a warm welcome not forgetting the dogs who are three characters.
I’d strongly recommend that you give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Keep up the good work.
PS the new cafeteria will be awesome when is completed in ‘26.

I have been purchasing their ready meals, which have been really nice and very filling. The Staff in De Waldens are always friendly and very helpful.

Excellent service, I ordered a calor gas heater on Friday afternoon and it was delivered by DPD on the Saturday Morning, I live in Cheshire and I really wasn’t expecting delivery until Monday / Tuesday of the following week. 👍
