I live in California. I purchased a watch from the Dezeen Watch Store, and was disappointed in it when it arrived. With absolutely no expectation that I would be helped in any way, I contacted Customer Service at Dezeen and told them about my disappointment. The response was prompt, helpful, and completely non-judgmental. I was given clear instructions about how to return the item, and within a week of the return, my purchase price was fully refunded. The entire transaction was easy, professional and unexpected. I am very impressed.

Fantastic watch!
I love the watch that I ordered from Dezeen - Nava Ora Lattea.
Its unique,minimalistic and sophisticated.
The delivery was also very quick an in time, the packaging was very well taken care off.
The detailing of this watch are amazing and also the materials used are genuine.I will defiantly recommend this watch to all watch lovers and specially from Dezeen.com as it has collection of all unique watches.

Watch Your Costs
Love the watch, but feel I was cheated on price of the watch.
Price on ad said 137 pounds (?) euros (?)
When I received my credit bill, I was charged $173.00 plus a $5.95 charged out of the country fee.
If you are going to advertise in America, your price should be in dollars.
I like several other of your watches but being burned once, I will not order again.
