Service was better than EXCELLENT!
At every step in the process this was a top quality experience. From first placing the order, to receiving it, there were no problems. I live in the USA and I had some reservations about ordering a watch from another country, but the experience couldn't have been better. The watch arrived in a couple of days. Dezeen Watch Store is a first rate company. My complements to them. By the way, I love the watch I purchased!

Amazing products but with malfuncions
I recently order a watch from the dezeen store because they offer outstanding designs, overall the service and delivery was super good. The bad thing is that the watch seemed to be working okay but after the first use, the armband got loose and the watch kept falling over and over again, this eventually caused scratches on the glass.

Wonderful choice of watches
Bought four watches from Dezeen watch store.All totally top quality with designer looks.
The watches were dispatched the same day I ordered them & arrived in well protected packaging.

Excellent service, helpful staff!
I had difficulties with the ordering and shipping as my PayPal account wouldn't register (I wanted to ship to a different country than the one my PayPal account was registered to). I reached out to customer service and they were prompt, extremely helpful and in the end gave a fantastic solution and got my order sorted. Thank you so much! I'm a happy customer and will definitely buy on Dezeen Watch Store again :)

best decision i could've made
i was on the hunt for a great watch. i found this one and it looked perfect. it's not too thick but. it too slim. the glass is still scratch-less even though i've had it for a few weeks. it's clear and easy to see. by far the best watch i've ever owned
