an expensiv discount
the price of the watch after the discount was 75p. even though the shiping was promised to be free, i've asked to pay extra 40$. and i payed it.

Fast service, but pricey !
my watch arrived in decent time, and was just as advertised,however,dezeen uses fed ex for courier,and i had to fork out another $30 to pay for their "handling". that sucks. they could just as easily ship via regular post, and save their customers the added surcharges from the courier co.

The bill you received would be for customs and taxes due to import regulations in your country.

Received broken watch, but the help was nice.
I received a broken watch, and then had to pay toll to send it back, since I live in Switzerland. The help I received from Dezeen was nice, and quick. Still, sending the item back, having to pay for toll, waiting for the replacement, receiving a second and wrongfull bill from FedEx, correcting it, all very time-consuming.

Shipping issues
During the bought it's was clear for me the shipping dates. I was really confused with the express & normal shipping and finally we missed the gift date. I communicated this story to your customer service without results.
Finally I suggest that you have to improve your site since and make it more clear and friendly.

Great product but poor delivery and customer service
Ordered my partner a Projects watch for Christmas through the website. When the watch was delivered, it was left outside the front door to my block of flats so that anyone could take it. My partner was the person who found it sitting there which blew the surprise on Christmas day. Called to complain and was told that this would be followed up and that someone would get back to me- no one did! Very disappointing customer service and delivery!
