My mortgage was completed in August 2021 and have since contacted several time for my land title and 4 years on i am still chasing it to no avail. Despite several telephone calls and emails, all i have got back is "due to COVID document processing is taken longer", "someone from the conveyancing team will get back to you". I have tried over four years and still contacting without get any answers. My last phone was the date below and someone was supposed to call me back by close of that day

We have had a fantastic experience with Dezrez Legal regarding both the sale, and onward purchase of our house. The process wasn’t as smooth as we had hoped due to situations out of our control, but Samantha went above and beyond to keep us informed the whole way through. It was great to be able to log in and see exactly where your case is at - and it was just as easy to talk to somebody too when needed. Correspondence was second to none - all emails responded to swiftly, and a call would always be answered - we were never left guessing. I would highly recommend Dezrez Legal, and will opt to use them again in the future.

We used Dezrez Legal for our house purchase and were lucky enough to have Omotola Olatunji as our conveyancer. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish – professional, efficient, and always happy to explain things clearly.

Omotola kept us updated every step of the way, answered our questions quickly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Her attention to detail and reassuring approach gave us complete confidence throughout. Dezrez also hads an online portal with a spider diagram to keep track of what stage you are at with the process and updates every week with a weekly digest with everything they have done so there is no need to keep ringing them to ask for an update as you can check yourself which is perfect.

We’re so grateful for her hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Omotola and Dezrez Legal to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive conveyancing service.

Never had to use a conveyor before but due to selling my parents house dezrezlegal was recommended and they made the whole process so easy with regular updates.

What can I say? If your buying a house or selling one, don't be put of by the name Dezrez legal. We've used this company 3 times sold 2 houses and bought one. And we've NEVER been disappointed. It's a fantastic company that provides a step by step guide to how your buying and selling is going on. Me and my wife would definitely use them again if we sell our current home. They don't mess around. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Big thanks to Rebecca and her team for all their hard work.
