Great experience shopping
All the staff at Aintree branch were incredibly helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. Matt was great and took us through the whole buying process easily and thoroughly and Jess was wonderful. It was so incredibly kind of her to play with our young children so we could have a proper look at the sofas and her patience made the whole process so much less stressful. It was really appreciated and made a huge difference.

Sales staff were great
Sales staff were great, welcoming and knowledgable. No overselling and a second member of staff checked everything before we proceeded to avoid any mistakes.
Not a 5 as delivery costs are expensive and no alternative or levels to choose from based on what you need.

Sofa shopping at it best.
Greeted by staff but then allowed to walk around and view goods in the store at our leisure without being followed or crowded by the stores staff. Once we approached the staff they where very helpful and gave us as much information as possible showing variations and options available with the sofas. Everything clearly explained and did not feel pressured into having to buy anything.
Celine was very helpful and informative and she made us feel at ease a credit to DFS.

We were allowed to browse in peace after being offered help if needed. When we wanted more information everything was explained so clearly and fully. Matt was so friendly, helpful and calm despite us firing questions at him. A really good experience.
