The 1st sales person was not clear to explain that we would need to pay additional amount for the sofa guarantee. We were made to think given wording the guarantee was included with out purchase until it was too late to cancel. Had it been clearly stated before we could have made an informed decision before agreeing to the purchase. This important cost was not made clear and it was hard to understand. Really disappointed at that. Afterwards Moreen helped resolve this for me so thankful for her.

As I was trying to work out what couch would fit in my flat. Both salesmen gave excellent services and resulting in me buying the item after 3 visits . Salum went 100% out his way. Would go back to the store
