Nicola was amazing
Nicola was amazing, she went above and beyond what I had expected.
She went through every little detail, ensuring I understood everything she said. Giving great tips on prolonging the cushion life so it always looked brand new. I never felt pressured into anything.
Nicola made me feel valued as a person and not just a customer.

Purchased Dylan sofa last year
Purchased Dylan sofa last year, arrived with a hole it .complained in person to store arranger an assessor (Michael ) took phots arranged a new part ,16 weeks later new part isn't a colour or texture match , the assessors has said he's not getting involved anymore the store manager doesn't want to know.I called at the store and waited 20 minutes at the office I had to tap on the window for someone to speak to me , when your buying they're on it straight away .
My case is now in the hands of Furniture ombudsman.

I am really sorry to hear you’re not happy with the furniture or the service received. As most of our furniture is made to order, the parts needed to resolve some concerns have to be ordered directly from our suppliers as we don't stock the parts. Much like our furniture the majority of parts are made to order and can sometimes have similar delivery times to that of the sofas themselves.
I have taken a look into your order and can see you have been contacted to discuss your concerns. I would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and please be rest assured we will come to a mutual resolution with you.

Went into store with an idea of what we wanted.
Samir was very knowledgeable. He knew the sizes of the sofas and chairs and knew which ones would fit in the spaces we had. Not pushy, friendly and approachable.

Lynne was a great help today
Lynne was a great help today, she showed us what we was looking for and showed me some extras that come with the sofa. I think they are called guiders that go on the feet of the sofa legs.
She explained everything really well and was the most welcoming.
