Picked up a lovely sofa from DFS in Brent Cross. Had a lovely cup of coffee and chin wagged with the beautiful Sabina, Ali and another staff.
They made furniture shopping interesting. And the coffee wasn't so bad either. Ofcourse, Ali did offer rice but it was bit early for me😊. Thanks guys

Once you’ve made a purchase, whether it’s on finance or paid upfront, it’d be good to let customers know they’ll get a follow-up call. I got a call about a week later and honestly thought it was a scam, so I ended up hanging up halfway through because I wasn’t sure. I only realised it was genuine when I later received an email with my reference number. But overall the visit to the store was a good experience
