We bought a sofa and a TV unit yesterday from the Brentford store, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us choose the right furniture without making us feel rushed. Lengthy , pointless delivery process
The purchase at the store was very smooth and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
On the other hand the fact that we couldn’t get the sofa directly despite it being ex showroom and living down the door, had to go through a lengthy delivery process was poor. The fact that we had to pay for the delivery and have to wait for what seems no reason 3-4 weeks sounds ridiculous. Definitely wouldn’t recommend the delivery. (Still yet to receive it).
