DFS Furniture - Bury St Edmunds Reviews 

I visited my local DFS store on Friday 5 June with a view to buying a new sofa. Staff member Imogen was very helpful and supportive in assisting me to make a decision.

It was after dinner we arrived and were the only customers most of the time. There was a lovely lady and gentleman staff. We were able to take our time and they explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. We were conscious of the time, they repeatedly reassure it’s fine. Please don’t worry we both had a coffee and they thoroughly went through our order. They were polite patient and thorough thank you. We literally got back in the car at 7:58 so two minutes before they closed. Looking forward to our order and fingers crossed for the charity competition we entered.

Imogen the sales person was very helpful, no pressures, took time to answer our questions, we were fully informed and our options made clear. Imogen guided us through the paperwork.

We had a great experience both in store and via telephone where we ordered.

The staff were all very welcoming in the store and Conner did a fantastic job talking us through it and making sure we had all the information.

I was hesitant about putting the order through over the phone, but Luke D. put us immediately at ease. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and concise. Would definitely recommend.

The assistant was really knowledgeable and helpful and overall pleasant experience all together, she even got us some water on the hottest day of the year which saved us

Connor the salesman knew exactly what I needed. He didn’t hover but let me try both sofabeds out to pull out and to sit on. I was also given a free coffee.

Connor was great. He saw us looking and approached us but he left us to look around. He then helped us to purchase our sofa and explained things very clearly and well.

Great customer service. Not at all pushy like some others we’ve had in the past.

We were welcomed into the store and directed to items appropriate to our needs. The sales person understood what we needed in terms of my wifes physical requirements and offered practical advice. We were then left to browse at our leisure and they checked in on us periodically and were able to clarify the varied product options avaliable to us.
We were given time and space to think our options through and to return later once we had made final decisions. We then returned the next day to complete our purchase, the process of which was straight forwards.
Overall a relaxed and comfortable shopping experience.

From entering the store we were made to feel very at ease and welcome to peruse at our leisure.
After finding the items we were interested in, the sales assistant was super helpful.
Once sale was agreed, the finance side of things was dealt with professionally & efficiently.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the products, very polite, and extremely helpful which made our experience very pleasurable. Will certainly recommend DFS BurySt Edmunds to friends, family etc.

From the moment we walked into DFS in Bury St Edmunds Saturday morning the Sales. Assistant was so lovely very welcoming nothing was too much ☺️ sorry did not get her name had blonde hair lovely long burgundy nails 😊 she explained everything was excellent and very professional 😊 excellent customer service 😊 nothing was ever too much thank you so much for everything .
