Store staff- Ali, was super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I got what I wanted and was made aware of all the things that come with it and add ons. Set up of payment and completion of my order was quick and when I receive my order, I'll be sure to tell people I know of DFS and their great service.

Very helpful.
Took time to explain everything and honestly.
Seemed to understand completely what we needed and the price we wanted to pay.
We purchased a 2 & 3 seater recliner sofa.
There was no pressure just constructive chat.

Excellent customer service in buying two Trek Express recliner chairs.
We found Shubo extremely helpful in giving information on various recliner sofas and eventually we bought two single recliner Trek Express sofas.
Thorough explanation given on care of sofas.
We felt safe; not pressurised and in good hands whilst receiving very good service.

Shopping for sofas
On arrival, the atmosphere was very relaxed, the salesperson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and informative. I was given clear answers to all of my questions, technical and financial. I was also given additional information that was really helpful, I had all the time that I needed to look around and at no time did I experience any pressure selling. I have previously bought sofas and chairs from DFS Cambridgethat have performed well for the last 14 years, which is why I am purchasing another sofa from them.
