Great experience was left to browse no pushy sales person and our salesperson was amazing call Joe very happy with our purchase

A last-minute trip to DFS with an idea in mind, we weren't hounded by staff, but they were visable and available when we needed them. I believe it was Joe who supported us in buying a new sofa and stool bundle. He was brilliant and energetic (especially for the end of the day) and it was a breeze to discuss the whole purchase journey. He was extremely knowledgable while make the experience a fun outing. Huge thank you to him, he has great potential as a salesman!

Fast friendly service

We thought the guy that was dealing with the sale did not give us the choices available to us, for example he did not ask if we wanted easy glide he just added all the extras to the price anyway, without giving us any choice we also felt he rushed through the sale so my husband had no idea what was happening.

We have shopped at DFS Carcroft before and we keep going back for the quality and fantastic customer service. A +++ experience overall.

We haven’t yet received our sofa as we only ordered yesterday but wish to leave a review for the store and staff we dealt with. Our closest store was Carcroft Doncaster and from the beginning it was a lovely experience. The lady called Lauren who helped us was great! Extremely friendly, helpful and wasn’t pushy at all. Once I had shown her pictures of what we were looking at, she told us where to find the sofa and all the other ones similar to what we were looking for. She allowed us time to stroll around and once we decided she was there to help. Ordering the sofa was a breeze and lauren made the experience great!

Lovely store too, nice and big with plenty of choice.

Shannon was very approachable, she spoke as we walked in but was happy to let us browse. When we needed assistance she was happy to answer all my questions. She explained everything very clear and asked if I had seen everything I wanted to see. I had a problem with my credit card and she explained I could pay it when I get home.
