Fantastic service
We had a really positive experience with DFS. Our sales advisor, Robyn, was fantastic from start to finish. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel easy and relaxed without being pushy.
Robyn took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave us great advice, which made choosing our new furniture a really enjoyable experience. Her customer service was excellent, and she is a real credit to DFS.
We would definitely recommend DFS and wouldn’t hesitate to shop with them again. Thank you, Robyn, for all your help.

Good atmosphere in the store at Carlisle. Was approached on entering offered help if required. Was left to look around at our own pace. If we needed help we only had to ask.
