Great experience
Went into the Chester showroom today, I’d seen a sofa I’d liked for a while and today was the day to buy. Greg and Tommy were very professional and I felt very comfortable in their presence. Not over selling which is a bonus but I did buy the extra products for peace of mind. Thanks again and looking forward to my new sofa!

I had an in-store appointment at Chester and I was very impressed with Aaran who helped me. He was friendly and courteous, taking the time to answer my questions, showing me various options, and also offering information and insight about things that I hadn't considered. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. We do appreciate any feedback and I am really sorry to hear you’re not happy with the coffee table or the service received.
As your items do come with certain warranties when a fault is highlighted our service engineers will aim for a first touch resolution every time. Our service engineers are upholstered by trade and all repairs are done to a factory standard. We would always repair if a fault is found but unfortunately on this occasion no manufacturing fault was found with your coffee table.
We sincerely apologise again for any inconvenience this may cause.
