Couldn’t fault our experience at all very welcoming no pushy sales you just approach the sales people in the shop for more information ordered a lovely rise and recliner for my husband who is disabled and they couldn’t help enough staff and service was fantastic well done 👍🏻 customer service great the young lady that served us was lovely very knowledgeable and patient with us and the manager at Coventry store was very very helpful we definitely brought from them and would do again .👏👏

Overall the best. This my 20 years and 3rd time purchasing sofa at dfs. My first one did 5 years no complaints, changed because it was big, second one was beautiful but leather went faded and ripped one side because of children jumping like trampoline (autism issues)hard to manage it did 8 years full working including mechanism still trandy apart from the damage children caused can'tfix willcost fortune better gofor new. on 3rd.but my first sofa from dfs was purchased in 2008 still there, my mom using it. Highly recommended

I had a fantastic experience at DFS thanks to the salesperson who helped me purchase my sofa. From start to finish, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. They took the time to explain the different options without any pressure, which made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I’m absolutely delighted with my sofa and the excellent customer service I received. A real credit to DFS.. highly recommended!

Staff were very helpful in store, delivery was great. Sofa really good quality.

There was one minor issue with power recliner missing an adapter, delivery guys made a note, and was resolved promptly by customer service getting a new adapter sent out within a few weeks, and now fixed.

Sales girl was very helpful & polite & not too pushy.
