l was looking at a sofa in the Dundee DFS store and was approached by Shaun who guided me through the furniture I'd previously reviewed online. He was extremely, professional, friendly and informative and I didn't feel pressured any time. On first visit was offered a coffee and left to have a look around the store with no hassle. When time to talk sales man had all the answers we wanted to know regarding the different sofas and fabrics. We walked away hasle free to think things over. Went back in to a warm welcome and readjusted from previous chat and worked out a layout that would work for us. All round found him, non pushy but had good ideas to add to make the whole experience enjoyable
